In your post. You quoted me. But I don't know why. Was it directed at me?

Classy move by AP. I'm sure a number of other players feel the same way....
Adrian Peterson texted support to Odell Beckham Jr. over suspension
"But my personal opinion, I don't think it warranted a suspension. I had the opportunity to reach out to the young guy. I just told him, 'Hey, just learn from it, and keep your head up.'"
Then he turned him around and whipped him with sticks.

norman instigated with body slam after whistle on opening series, no question of intent there
Yawn...can we turn this thread into the 'What did you do Today' thread?
Caught 110 lbs of shrimp, vaccumed spiders from the crawlspace, Hardees for dinner.

Hmmm...the NFL should come up with some sort of program for this. You know, a way to identify the leaders of a team. Maybe come up with a way to give them some sort of tip of the cap on game day.
It's at least worth some thought.
'Employees of the Week' may work for what youre proposing.

What about a picture of Luke Russert signing the petition, while riding a bison??We need a Billboard with a picture of a petition

I want to see him doing the InFredible Hulk in the Super Bowl!

Youre a disgrace.

I would guess that Karlos didn't get good news from the trainer
@Karlos_29_SR: 😡
Im pretty sure that was his reaction to the new Star Wars movie.

Anyone watch Tyler Metakevich play this year? I wonder how he'll transition to the NFL. Hes undersized, but a complete gamer. He called all of the plays and pretty much ran Temple's D for the past two years.
As for PB, something needs to be done. He looked lost for most of the season.

The on field officiating crews will get help from NFL HQ in New York during the playoffs.
Great idea. Lengthening the game by a few minutes (even 10 or 15 mins) is nothing compared to what a bad call can do to a team or game. With the technology that is available now, this type of move is a no-brainer, IMO.

If he has a strong 4th qtr, with a few more defended passes or a pick or two, I could definately see DROY and maybe ROY. The guy has been above solid for the entire year.

I like how Sully pretends that if McCoy had alerted the press that he wouldnt speak, they would have left him alone and done something more productive.
Bull. Those same leaches would have been standing right there yelling questions and comments at him, Sully included.

Football isa high strength highly explosive sport. To be both of those things, you need to be tight to be that explosive at a high level in this sport. That said I think football/the NFL does a poor job. I've seen these guys lift in person. Technically it's poor, with really heavy weights. I know guys who work in high level physiology (international competition) who all pretty much agree the NFL is full of the B team guys in regard to sport, and are considered meatheads.
Think rubber band. You want to flick one across the room, or use it for a "slingshot". What produces the greatest distance/speed/power. Brand new rubber band, out of the box, not the one that has been keeping together your mail or pencils.
Conversely, being looser related to better endurance and aerobic capacity, but significantly lesser max power output and explosiveness.

Woods had a really good game today and I think he stepped up with Clay injured.
It funny. Woods steps up when he needs to. However, he doesnt step up when he should otherwise.

What has Kiko done to deserve this comment? He's always been classy and as far as I've heard/read, he's done nothing against the Bills or their fans.
Some people.
Alright, it wasn't McCoy and Felton, but Kiko's overpursuit helped us there on the Dizzy Gillespie TD run.

John Martin is a kitty. This whole thing was hilariously blown out of proportion.
Not a very PC comment, bro.

Really curious NE Ohio wouldn't get the Bengals - Cinci over the Broncos - Raiders.
Nobody lives there anymore. They all moved away and Peyton Manning bought the state to manufacture Papa Johns pizza.

I would say elite is Brady and Rodgers. Manning from a few years ago.
Everyone else is good or very good, and may play at elite levels from time to time, but the benefit more from having a strong team around them.

There was a window of time where this was true. The problem now is the contract. Once you find a QB and pay him 20mil a year, he either has to perform like Brady or Manning (rare talent to make their RBs and WRs better) or you cant afford to pay the playmakers around them.

Great article. I love the part about using him for a decoy and later in the game, actually throwing the swing pass to him. We saw that on the TE screen to Clay a couple weeks ago. Shady lined up in the backfield, motioned out to the slot, and they fake the swing pass to him and hit Clay on the other side of the field for a nicely set up screen. 4th qtr, same play but a swing pass to Shady with Clay as the decoy.
Something that we've all been screaming at the carousel of OCs to do for years with backs like Spiller and Fred. Glad to see it happening with Shady.

I dont want to see him hurt the guy, I just feel like Kiko against the run can be exploited. We saw it first hand in the second half of his rookie year, and the trend continues with his overpursuit or lack of vision. At the same time, I dont want to see a bunch of screens and short passes because hes really good at defending those.
Nothing malicious here, I just wouldnt mind some vindication for the McCoy/Kiko trade to the tune of a few big runs.
-
I want to see Felton put a hat on Kiko this Sunday and McCoy go for 50.
-
he strikes me as the Peyton manning of their team. He decides where he wants to line up on defense and generally does whatever the heck he wants.
I guess it depends on how bad of a break and all of that, but I wouldnt think that he would be effective doing things like grabbing people and pushing. Mario was ineffective for a good 1/2 season when he had a hand/wrist injury. I remember him saying how even a small injury in the hand can really affect your game on the dline.
Worst call or non-call against Bills this year?

Im going with the BS noncall on Beckham in the Giants game on Duke Williams. The guy is a scumbag.
