  1. When the Bills made the pick I loved the move because so many defensive linemen had already been picked. When the Bills drafted Kelsay in round two, I just loved the pick even more because Kelsay was one of the few the other guys I would have picked at #23. During the 2003 season I started to dislike the move because we obviously needed help elsewhere and it appeared as though the pick was a complete waste. I have to give TD credit, he took a risk and that risk appears to be paying off. 700+ yards in 6 starts isn't all that bad. Can't wait to see how good this kid can become, because he appears to have limitless ability.
  2. I have to agree with this. Yes he has shown great improvement, but his pass blocking is still inconsistent.
  3. wouldn't trade our 2nd and Henry for a first. You just over value a first rounder pick. Think about it, half of all first rounders fail. I'd prefer to trade down in the draft and gain additional picks, because we could still use more depth and one first round pick doesn't bring that.
  4. anyone remember when he was part of NBC's #2 broacast crew with Trumpy. He was great back then, now he's lost!
  5. you'all just cold, cold folks!
  6. I live in North Carolina and have been here for 6 years. My wife has been in NC for the past 4 years and both of us came from WNY. I'm from North Tonwanda and she's from Attica, and we both can't wait for the day we can return to WNY. You don't see Hurricanes, Noreasters, Tornados in WNY. The schools down here are terrible, beinga teacher I should no, and I'm tired of the ultra-right religious movement being part of everything. No matter how bad the weather is and how bad the taxation WNY just feels like home. NC, and the other places I have lived, just don't feel right. Certainly home is where you hang your hat, but it should also bring a feeling of being comfortable. When I come back to visit friends and family it just feels right. It brings back all the good memories. When we do return I will not live in Erie county but somewhere out in the country side, maybe Genesee, Wyoming or Orleans Counties. Beyond that, I could provide you another answer.
  7. A second child already, that figures but he is from BYU. At least he gets on thing right because his footballing skills aren't anything special.
  8. First, Buffalo sucks on the west coast! And especially at Seattle. Miami looked competitive today, so that's no gimme. Cleveland, Cincinnati and San Francisco seem winable games. Pittsburgh is a likely loss especially if the Steelers need the game for homefield. Plus I heard about 20,000 Steelers fans bought tickets. The Bills could go 5-1, 4-2, 3-3, 2-4, yopu just don't know because they have been so inconsistent. I gotta believe they'll win at least one of these road games, hopefully two. 7-9 is what I forsee
  9. 8 AFC teams currently have 6 wins I just don't want a top 10 draft pick going to Dallas. Let's get to 8-8 and pick 15-20, then Dallas doesn't win that trade too much!
  10. The winners of this ugly situation edn up being the losers who threw the cup, because he (she) likely wanted to really start something. They certainly did, they completely eliminated Indiana from the playoff race, 9 games into the season. Way to go Stern, you just rewarded the fans of Detroit, whose behavior was as bad as the players. I'm no fan of the NBA, let alone Ron Artest and Indiana but the punishment was a joke, because the Detriot fans win simply because the NBA eliminated there biggest challanger.
  11. No, we can't win on the road!
  12. I've checked, ESPN, Fox, CNNSI, NBA.com and non can confirm this! The site your listed is a rumors site
  13. So what, that makes him not partly at fault? He overreacted and started this whole mess, he should get the same punishment as Artest.
  14. don't you think most of you are overreacting? Yes it was a bad situation but the fans of Detroit and Ben Wallace were as much to blame as Artest. He was defending himself and with conditions and tensions as they were anyone would have done the same thing, as sad as that is. I suspend Artest for 5 games. I'd give the same to Wallace and the other Pacer. The Pistons should also pay a large fine. O'Neill laying out a fan, who shouldn't have been on the floor to begin with, was the worst because the guy was still getting up from being laid out by Artest. O'Neill had no reason to do that and I'd give him 10 games for that. In the end what I feel is the most comical is how Americans blast soccer fans around the world for the same type of stuff. Americans blasted soccer teams for erracting cages and moats around the field and maybe it wasn't answer but it certainly did solve the problem for a time. Maybe we should all realize that everyone has lost sight of the sportsmenship ball worldwide. Perhaps seperating the fans from the athletes isn't such a bad idea afterall.
  15. How funny would it be if three teams ended the season unbeaten? The BCS must die and a playoff system must come to pass!
  16. IF let's not talk about if's. Let's wait until tonight, once were get back to .500 we might be able to look at the playoffs but its highly doubtful.
  17. Hindsight is always 20/20 but just imagine had the Bills picked Roy Williams instead of Mike Williams. Wouldn't he look nice back in the secondary blasting anyone who dares come across the middle, instead of watching the human lookout block get run past week after week. I personally am stunned at how bad big MW truly is. He came across as a warrior when we drafted him!
  18. That's all nice to say, but in the modern NFL the cap hit caused from releasing all of these players would devastate the team. Mike Williams is not going to get cut. He signed a huge 6 year 40$ contract a three years back. To release him would cost $6 million minimum. So it's never gonna happen. They aren't getting rid of Kelsay either and I don't understand why everyone dogs him. How many teams have 2 really good DE's? Not many. Kelsay is clearly better than Denney. Moulds is the only player at WR, why would you cut him? And exactly how and with whom are you going to replace all these cuts?
  19. We haven't had a real QB in a long, long time.
  20. Why do so many of you clueless souls feel we can actually get a 1st round pick for Travis? Corey Dillion didn't warrent a 1st rounder and he has a track record far better than Henry. No NFL team will give u s a 1st round pick for him. Where do all these clueless people come from?
  21. Well you're not a real fan. Move to Miami because they see lots of fair weather. I'll keep punishing myself, week after week because I'm loyal. I might be pissed off and disappointed but I'm loyal!
  22. I must enjoy punishing m,yself, because week in and week out, year in and year out I do this to myself!
  23. :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: Man, this team sucks. 4 trips into the red zone, 3 inside the 5 and you have 2 FG, and 2 turnovers. Great. Who's calling the plays? They blew a game that was theirs for the taking.
  24. No Eric Claton is GOD! WM is just a RB
  25. stop smoking whatever you have been if you actually think any NFL team would trade us a #1 pick for Travis henry. Plus, Miami is headed for the #1 pick overall. Don't you think they know that? Why would they trade that pick for Henry? He's not that elite a back. Corey Dillion only warrented a 2nd round pick and his track record is way better than Henry's.
