It's what Cuomo is trying to prepare for--get the temp hospitals and respirators, and other things necessary, so you can provide the necessary care that keeps the death rate below 1%. If you don't have it, you get Italy and Spain.

He said they were handing out the forms which said they would allocate care and they were out of ventilators. Which of that was not true? Unfortunately, you can't see what that form said because that tweet with the form is no longer up. Sorry, it's not clear to me what he is apologizing for. I wish I could read the responses to him. At any rate, I still like his daily overview of activities.... Saw a piece on the news today about that hospital acknowledging the policy, that all hospitals have something similar. This is also the point why it's a serious issue. Many of those with complications can't get the care needed to get through it when hospitals are so overwhelmed. Hospitals have to choose who to focus on. They will focus on those who are young and without complications because the odds of survival are much higher.

He said they were out of respirators and they handing out the forms according to someone associated with the hospital. The hospital confirmed they have the policy but hasn't needed to use it yet--as of when they posted that tweet. Both of those could be true. Are you saying there is another tweet other than what Hedge posted?

What you've posted doesn't prove his statement was false. They admit they crafted a policy, which indicates they may have to ration care. He stated they are passing out forms. They stated they have not had to implement it at this time. That does not mean they were not handing out the forms; it means they have not used the policy yet.
