Well I guess it's something you would look at on a team by team basis. Maybe if your biggest competition in your division, is say Tom Brady, maybe at that point creating pressure becomes more important.

I think it becomes more and more obvious that the smart thing to do for the cap stessed Bills is to let Tyrod play out his cheap deal.
However, with the cash being spent on decent QB options (Bradford, Osweiler) what is Tyrod worth if he duplicate his 2015 season next year???
Probably 18m per year, which we can't afford.
Do we do something crazy and trade him to Denver now, and try to draft someone?
Do we go forward with the current plan of waiting?
Do we cut more people and try to lock him up now?

I never said I was advocating it at all. I read plenty of posts around here saying Tyrod isnt the answer. One could make the argument the qb issue isn't solved (losing how many games while Tyrod was out). Personally I don't think he fits the system, and won't want to pay him what he will fetch. Having said that, I didn't think it was too Taboo to ask if we bring him in for a look. You all act like weve played a playoff game in the last decade. I'd be disappointed if every angle wasn't discussed at OBD.

Peter King is awesome. I hung out with him this summer when he was in town for Broncos training camp. Drank with him all night, even went to the Rockies game together (he bought my ticket but I bought the first round of beers). Talked early 90's Bills forever. Yes, I'm kind of bragging. Anyway if someone has something negative to say about Peter King then I kind of give up. Whenever people allude to football analysts around here, they put "experts" in quotes; every sports writer/personality is a hack. Everyone loved Sal on WGR until he opined that EJ Manuel might not be very good and then he became a biased member of the lamestream media too. Now every last person on WGR is terrible (obviously). Joe Buscaglia is a hack because he probably can't even throw a spiral. People even think Cris Collinsworth is a poor color man, which is insane. Like seriously, is there one guy that everybody agrees is good at their job?

If anyone has connections specifically with Fred Jackson I'd like his help in a proposal, I'm assuming hell be back in town for opening of restaurant , and would be good publicity or photo opp for restaurant. If not can anyone help me get in touch with Bills PR or anyone I could talk to about this. Mods feel free to move, thanks!
