I wanted to move on from Gilmore because I wanted to rebuild.
If you are trying to make the playoffs losing Gilmore is not the correct move. Bills have no clue what they are doing. You have to tag him if you are going for it.
Well, I agree that we need to move to a 4-3 defense. My main point was that Mcdermott is a good defensive coordinator but he is just another guy in the NFL. I think we can agree on that.
It's how NFL coaches describe their own performance. I like advanced stats but the problem with them is there needs to be agreement on what we are measuring.
Completely false?!
Bills finished 19th in yards allowed last year. Carolina finished 21st in yards allowed.
Points allowed? Rex's defense was 16th in the NFL. McDermott's defense was 26th in the NFL. It's there in black in white but I can understand why you would want to change the numbers,.

As someone that wanted to move on from Tyrod I was well aware that Tyrod could run the Dennison offense. He is a good scheme fit.
Now I need to see the Bills still scout the QB position. If they continue to ignore drafting and developing QB's then they deserve to be attacked for their continued incompetence. :Let's not forget what happened just last year where they identified a QB and were going to pick Dak but ended up throwing away that plan to get an inside linebacker for Rex.
That's the current look for next year. I said if the Bills signed Tyrod we look like a 6 win team. You might not have noticed but our best players have gotten older or have been leaving. Bills have not been drafting well enough to make up for FA losses suffered last 3 years.
How many can't miss QB'as our there next year? At this point one? And we won't be in a position to draft them. If there is franchise QB standing there we better not pass this year.
