GP asks the Court for the list in 2022. A mysterious John Doe appeals demanding it not be released. Court sides with John Doe the CLIENT LIST cannot be released. If There Was No Epstein Client List Then Why Did NY Courts Refuse The Gateway Pundit’s Request for the List Based on an Anonymous ‘John Doe’ Who Was On the List? Back in July 2022, The Gateway Pundit lawyers Marc Randazza and Jay Wolman of the Randazza Legal Group, along with GP General Counsel John Burns filed a motion to intervene in the Guiffre v. Maxwell case in the United States District Court for the District of New York. GP asked the Court to unseal all records identifying Epstein’s sex clients. TGP lawyers moved to intervene in the Ghislaine Maxwell case in the Southern District of New York. However, in August 2022, something truly bizarre and unexpected happened. An anonymous John Doe—literally styled by his lawyer as “John Doe”—filed an objection to TGP unsealing the sex client list … and the Court SIDED WITH THE JOHN DOE over the interests of the press and public to know what happened in one of the most remarkable court cases in US history. This brings us to today… How can the courts deny our request for the Epstein client list in 2022 based on the wishes of an anonymous John Doe and then today the DOJ tells us there is no Epstein client list? https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/07/wait-what-if-there-was-no-epstein-client/

FEMA cuts, MAGA cries: the hypocrisy hits home
Big Blitz replied to Homelander's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Omg you’re arguing with AI on a situation that just happened. Separately, while DOGE cuts impaired NOAA broadly, NWS warnings for this flood were timely per experts (CNN, WIRED). No direct link to deaths; the event's rapidity was key. Facts evolve with sources. It still knew that tho. You’re a freaking loser. -

Yep. The hypocrisy. It's only two days after the Texas flood and Dana Bash is already trying to blame Trump for the disaster. This is CNN. -

You don’t need to say “uninformed.” Doesn't sound like NOAA is fuming they were short staffed. -

Yea it’s called AI. And as the great Kristi Noem said, that’s exactly what they’re doing. Updating all the tech. Sucks. But they tell the private sector to learn to code all the time. I’m sure those temp jobs and early retirees will be fine. President District Court doesn’t decide the size of the tax payer expenses. -

No need. We have a living human being in charge. No need to wonder who POTUS is -

NC is a worse situation. The governor failed. POTUS failed. They had tracked a hurricane and failed those people. People died. Auto Pen was MIA. This was a storm with much greater unpredictably and hourly if not minute by minute changes. -

They were in a flood watch for over 12 hours. The warnings came out that night. At 5:40 am waters rose over 35 feet over just 90 minutes. Trump cuts did that is legit par for the course disgusting and moronic for the commies. Who in charge at NOAA or wherever is saying DOGE cuts did that? Still waiting on what happened in North Carolina and why President Auto Pen let those 98 people die. -

Hey moron - who is saying those 800 “cuts” (probationary positions and early retirements nationwide) directly impacted the work in South Texas this week. Then explain North Carolina and the 98 deaths that occurred under Biden during their flooding last year. And the bang up job FEMA did ignoring the aftermath. -

Ask this Anti Trump “journalist” what those people allegedly missing could have done to prevent this You can make the argument that there is overkill with storm watches and warnings has led to too many people just ignoring them. That’s an argument made by the Meteorologist below. *NWS Austin/San Antonio had five on staff during the event; normally two would be on duty. Extra staffing was planned before the event started. *This type of flash flooding on the Guadalupe River is nothing new. Similar events happened in 1998, 1978, 1935, and 1921. This year's event was related to deep moisture from a tropical system (Barry) that originated in the East Pacific and made landfall near Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexico, on June 29. Social scientists will do much research on this in coming months and years. In my opinion one of the primary problems is the high number of false alarms; flash flood warnings that are issued with only minor flooding involved. This is also a problem with tornadoes in many parts of the country. I am very thankful locally NWS Birmingham leads the nation in lowering the false alarm ratio. -

What positions were not filled thus failed in this event? We should know this immediately - that info would be public instantly. “We were down such and such due to positions not being filled.” Where is that info that that is the reason this happened? -

I’m still waiting. You make a claim like that - should be easy to explain to us just refer to your “sources.” Who was cut? -

Real growth at 3% adds $4T+ over a decade. Supply-side math works. Always has.
