Need the details here.
From what I read in another article the "brutal and sustained sexual assault and beating" was that she got her boobs grabbed and smacked in the head a couple times. If it was worse, than I truly feel bad for her.
However, if it was merely some rough groping as reported, well then, what do you expect when you charge into a group of 200 people who just successfully overthrew an entire government?!?
Do you have a link to the article. Somebody is telling me she was raped, and just knowing that Albert Haynesworth is accused of sexual assault for copping a feel of a waitress who said it was OK for him to put his credit card in her blouse, makes me think the term sexual assualt does not equal rape.

I listen to Simon in the morning for about an hour every day, and Schoop/Bulldog a few times a week...they have little good to say about the Bills, that is true (but how much good is there to say the last few years), but I think you are mistaken if you think they just praise the Sabres endlessly...Schoop, in particular (and, ironically, the one everyone seems to hate the most) always questions the Sabres motives, and constantly questions Ruff and Regers effectiveness. Sure, they may give the Sabres a little more creedence, as it is their cash cow, but they are pretty criticle of them, when it is warrented. I don't know, so I ask seriously, does 97Rock trash the Bills?
The funny thing is if you go down lower in the forums here and go to SabresSpace, they think that GR criticizes the Sabres too much!

i would guess maher vs miller thing that we kinds started is based on their respective political slant. it just boils down to liberal vs conservative, not so much the merits of their comedic talent.
Maher has zero comedic talent. None at all. I can laugh at comedians on either side of the aisle, but in all the years I watched Maher's ABC show, seen clips of him, etc., he is not the least bit funny.

MediFast ... Not the most pleasant experience, but it works and gets the weight off fast.
I'm off it now, and am using Livestrong.com to track calories and exercise to get the last 10-15 pounds off.
I never heard of Medifast. Just looked it up - interesting........Thanks for the info!

5'-10", currently 180# ... Highest was 225#.
Had some back problems 1.5 years ago that finally convinced me to do something about it, so I dropped 45 pounds in 13 weeks last winter. Held it off for 6 months, then put half of it back on, but I dropped that again in the last month. Still want to drop another 10 to 15.
Those are very close to my numbers as far as where I am - record high of 230 and I'm 6'0" and where I'd like to get to. I used to be 180 or so until I got old!
How'd you do it?

I am 6' 7". My heaviest was 407. I was down to 293 for a while. Now I'm hovering around 330. I still play hockey (goalie) twice a week. I think you'd be surprised how well I can still move.

You don't look 6'7" 330 in that picture........Or else NHL goalies have so much equipment now that they all look 330 and therefore you would, too.

No, that's why I would advocate for the 4-3 and pick him up. So many teams are going 3-4, we would have another reason to go 4-3.

From what I heard on Washington radio, Haynesworth can be had for something like a third or fourth rounder.
It was only two years ago that he was the best defensive player in the league in a 4-3. I would think he'd be worth a 4th to try again. I dont' think he's even had injury problems, like Merriman.

I am 5'11". I lost from 256 to 200, creeped back up to 225 over a long period and then dropped 66 pounds. My weight has been stable for 6 months, maybe a bit more.
Edit- After looking at those numbers I am tempted to drop 3 more...
Holy crap - how'd you lose almost 40% of your body weight?

That TV producers can make millions by showing the stupidest, most pointless crap they can think up.
I think that's true of about 99% of shows, but not this one. The musical numbers are really good, and the camera work, etc. is outstanding.........I fast forward through most of the dialogue, unless I see some thigh high socks......Campy isn't always stupid pointless crap.

Yeah, it meant no message, I'm pretty sure. Some poster named Belinda would get pissed off if there was no message in the thread and it wasn't labeled NM.....So, they started labeling them Belinda.

I wonder where she works (for the govt) most agencies (including mine) block personals websites and the like. Although, I guess she could have been doing it with a smartphone. She might get in trouble for doing it, but probably not.
