Totally agree with both of these assessments! I did see the first Star Wars when it was this surprise hit in 1977. I had no intention of seeing it, but my friend was going with his Dad and I had nothing else to do..............And, I surprisingly totally loved it. Not enough to actually see the next two movies in the series, though.............And, then I did finally get around to watching Episode 1 - the fourth one that came out years later and hated it as much as I hate Star Trek stuff, Lord of the Rings stuff, super hero stuff, vampire stuff, zombie stuff. Basically 95% of what I see advertised today. Give me real people doing real things during a real time in history.

If this came true, then I don't care when they have the draft. And, I don't need 18 regular season games. I just want to pay for less preseason games - that I never even go to. So, 16 + 2 preseason is fine with me. I really don't want expanded playoffs. I don't want to cheapen the regular season.

I never really heard of Freaks & Geeks until I looked up the chick who Don Draper is cheating with, and found out that she was the star of that show and that it is set in the school year that would have been my freshman year in college. So, now I'm intrigued. Is it really good?

I have no idea if this movie is loved or hated, but I thought Crazy Stupid Love with Carrell was absolutely horrible..............But, speaking of Seth Rogan, he was also great in 40 Year Old Virgin. I also don't know what the prevailing opinion on that movie is but that's actually one of my top five all time comedies.

I really don't watch movies more than once. So, seeing 40 year old once was great enough.........I did catch about 20 minutes of on TV last year and I still thought it was great. If you don't like baseball, I don't like you.

My knee is getting worse. I kind of gave up on it a number of years ago, and just decided I can't go running anymore..............Now long walks are causing the issue. I've been to PT a few times for it, and the one gave me the encouraging words of "I'd rather have a blown out knee to work with every single time. You can't fix these patella tracking problems." I know whatever I did way back then helped to the point where walking wasn't a problem, although running caused it to get bad again..........But, I can't remember what the exercises were now and don't feel like going back to PT unless I think it's got a good chance of working if I work hard enough.

Of course, we agree Buftex. The only comic I dislike more than Ferrell is Jim Carrey! I was going to mention that I don't like Dumb and Dumber, but I have to admit I never watched the whole thing. My friends love it, and I gave it a try, and after 20 minutes I said maybe some other time.

I don't like Will Ferrell movies, hated The Hangover, thought Top Gun was garbage. I'm sure I've got plenty more.
