Watching other teams play, there really aren't many, if any, worse than the Bills. I'd say there's a 50/50 chance of finishing with the #1 pick.

Except we need special teams and secondary too. All we have is a D line.

Look at all the different threads! 1. Blame the QB 2. Blame Marrone 3. Blame Hackett 4. Blame Stevie Johnson 5. Blame Gilmore 6. Blame Gragg 7. Blame Mario 8. Blame special teams There are too many problems with this team to fix. we should have dominated the steelers. They have been absolutely atrocious all season. The sad thing is there is nothing here to work with for the future. No upside.

All the Bills bashing the last 2 months has been warranted and we were all too blind to see it. Not only is this team not heading in the right direction, they are actually moving backward. Hard to see how they eclipse their 6 win total from the last two seasons if they can't beat hapless Pittsburgh. Manuel is also clearly not the guy. I don't care if he's a rookie. He looked worse than Tuel or Thad and they both have had fewer starts then him and were both undrafted. Clearly the Hills overreached by drafting him in the first round, but Manuel isn't even playing like a late round pick, he's playing like a guy who will be playing in Canada with Tim Tebow next year. If they have a top 10 pick again, which it looks like they will, they need to draft another QB. The nonsense will not end until someone can play that position with confidence and competence. EJ at least showed confidence early this year but after being outplayed by Thad and suffering his second major injury, he doesn't even seem to have that anymore. The thought that this team is 2-3 years off from contention now seems laughable. No part of the team is that close, let alone the team as a whole. I can't believe I was stupid enough to convince myself otherwise the first 9 games. I was fooled by injuries and a touch schedule, but there is no relying on those excuses now. This is a bad team with very little to be optimistic about for the near future. I guess none of this should shock me too much coming from this franchise but somehow I yet again allowed myself to be convinced that this team was going to be different. Well it is now perfectly clear. They're not.

Official Pre-game Thread: Week 10, Bills at Steelers

This. I hope the coaching staff realizes (I'm sure they do) how thoroughly the Bills dominated the KC game on both ends. Minus two bonehead turnovers and we win that game easily. -

Manuel never had Goodwin to take shots down field. Now he does. -

Kid gloves come off for Manuel today. Hopefully he's continued to develop mentally as an NFL QB even while missing out on the on-field development. Because the Bills need him to play like a rookie with 9 starts under his belt - not 5 - if they are going to be able to make some noise in the AFC in the remaining games this season. -
The Bills and the last wildcard spot

Right. The team can focus on Sunday. Fans can and will focus on the rest of the season and the next few seasons after that, for that matter. -
This is probably the most favorable matchup of the season so far for the Bills, yet I have seen less bravado on this board this week. I think the losing is taking a toll. Understandable. This could very easily turn into yet another 5 or 6 win team. But I still have faith they will finish strong and expect a convincing win tomorrow. If they don't, add me to the list of fans who have lost faith in this year's team.

FWIW, there is a big Steelers fan in my office that I just talked to about the game. He said if the Bills even play an okay game, they will win on matchups. Steelers' secondary is garbage and o line is garbage. Ben has lost a step but doesn't realize it yet. Bills can exploit it with their typical pass rush and decent down field accuracy by EJ.

You are leaving out the most important piece. The easy schedule.

Mike Rodak actually is predicting the Bills to win. Only the second time all season. -
Only one team has something to play for still. Bills 33 PIT 17.

Now we get to see what we have for 7 games

This is he NFL, not the PGA tour. There will always be injuries and often they will be to key players. Injuries are never a valid excuse in this league. -
As I watch this horrible Vikings team...

That was unexpected. -
All I can think is, they beat the Steelers for their only win this season.

Like I said, he switched his pick. I will edit the subject when I am home. can't do it from my phone. -
The desire to have a child with a freaking awesome name.

Woods will travel with team to PIT despite not practicing on Thursday, per Marrone. Goodwin looked good in practice.
