Anything provable would have to start with voter ID, or some version of verification, and by stopping that I could never have proof. It is be like stating no one under 21 drinks without requiring ID. I found it interesting that Dems put a guy in jail because in 2016 he told Dems to vote after the election while Jimmy Kimmel is saying the same thing to a much larger audience.
