I don't have hate for NYC either. I have enjoyed my visits there. I do not think, though, that the two regions are compatible politically and economically.

Speaking of New York State politics, aren't the "Fully Fund New York State Education" ads hilarious?

Upstate New York's economic problems will be apparent on a national scale. The NYC-influenced state government is not doing what is needed to improve the business client in upstate, i.e. reduce taxes. A reduced tax base is a fine price to pay for more say in our own affairs. There are many other positive effects of secession besides these. Seriously, what does upstate NY have to lose? The worst economy in the country?

Yeah, I am happy to leave Albany for NYC if need be.

I totally agree. But what boogles my mind is that the state is kicking in what, 500 million or something for this? That's only like a quarter of the PLANNED cost for this stupid stadium. For most stadiums that would pay for the entire cost. This stadium is a total waste.

True, but in all seriousness, high Wonderlic scores, or rather the thing they are trying to test is important in some positions and not so much in others. Very important in quarter back and center, but not so much so in running back.

Just curious how this is for the Bills fans living in Western NY.

I bet the Cardinals make more from 37K American fans than they would from 100K of Mexican fans. But, I think the owners had to approve of this. As much as I hate the idea of playing one regular season game in Toronto, I prefer it to losing the Bills from the area entirely.

My prayers to your pop for a speedy recovery. Keep your hopes high, I have seen some amazing recoveries in my young life. On the picture trade, I'd take Moorman over the Blue Angels, but that's just b/c I am weird and Brian Moorman is one of my favorite players. Pretty amazing for a punter.

What we think of Coy Wire and what management/coaches thinks of CW are two different things perhaps. I feel that if they thought they just wanted to cut him outright, they would have done so already. The fact that he is still on the team indicates that they would like to keep him and are likely trying to restructure his contract.

I pretty certain they are going to try to focus on making him a OT fulltime and a spot starter at TE if we have another injury disaster in the future.

First off, people keep on referring to KFFL, but all it seems to do is just repost stuff we already knew from local media. But anyway, how many TEs are we likely to carry on our roster. It seems like we will likely have 3 normally but might take another roster spot for TE if we are worried about the health of MC/TE.
