I think I can understand an anger strong enough to make this happen without a profit motive. Still, I think criminal charges might be a better way of finding justice in this case.

Treatment? Valtrex is not a cure, but only suppression therapy. You can still infect others with Herpes while on Valtrex.

Yeah she does, but the worse sin was the guy not telling her that the gun is loaded. How about Vick taking some freaking personal responsibility when it came down to revealing that he had incurable STD?

No, but it sounds like Vick had knowledge that he withheld from her. That's the problem and the crux of the case. It is a lot different from just having unprotected sex with someone and not knowing you had something. Vick seems like he knew. People are dying of AIDs because people infected with the disease don't care about informing their partners. That is murder, plain and simple. Herpes isn't the same, but I hear it ain't very fun either. Using protection is the right thing, but that doesn't mean that absolves someone who is infected from revealing this fact especially if they are skipping protection. It's like saying someone broke into your house and being told well, you should have paid for an alarm system, it's kind of your fault.

Her responsibility is a minor issue. This is the best metaphor I could think of. A guy and a girl are hanging out at the guy's apartment. The girl sees a gun and says... "Wow, cool gun." Guy: "Do you want to play with it?" Girl: "Sure!" Guy: "Go ahead and point it to your stomach and pull the trigger, it's not loaded." Girl: BANG, Ow! Guy: "Whoops it's actually loaded, but I thought telling you would ruin the experience."

How is the law stupid in this regard? If Vick knew he had herpes, which I am not sure is the case, and he did not inform his partner, he should be held responsible. I don't know for sure as I don't have herpes, but I think you know it when you get it. At least you can get over a punch in the face... I hear from Valtrex commercials that there still is no cure for Herpes. If Vick still wants to enjoy unprotected sex with people, apparently there is a site that caters to his needs: Hdate.com The attitude that people shouldn't be responsible for spreading STDs is one of the reasons we still have an AIDs problem.

Why do you jump to that conclusion. I would not be surprised if we trade Henry for draft movement instead, but I will bet a 2nd Round moveup and a fourth rounder as a more likely trade.

Only have been able to make it to three games in my young life. 1994 Bills v. Colts I believe the Bills lost that one 27-17 on their way to a 7-9 season 1995 Bills v. Seahawks I think this was in October and it was like 27-22 or something weird like that. Bills 10-6 that year. 1997: Bills v. Lions 15-10 Bills? I remember Barry Sanders being stopped for a safety in that game. Oh and I saw the Bills upset the Jets at Giants Stadium in 2001. I remember the Jets fans were getting mighty pissed at Alex Van Pelt.

I think we would be better off contraction rather than expansion. The Marlins and the Devil Rays were big mistakes. Baseball in Florida only works in spring training in my opinion. The Marlins have problems drawing fans even in seasons where they win the WS! I mean, I know their stadium sucks, but still.

My understanding is that Toronto is not really a big market team anymore. The exchange rate still sucks and they have problems drawing enough fans. Their stadium is far from state of the art anymore and has lost a lot of its appeal. Your reallignment plan would pretty much ruin any chance of my Orioles doing anything in regards to the playoffs. While they used to have of the highest payrolls, it is becoming increasingly clear that they aren't a high enough revenue team to be more than mid-market. For the past couple of years they have been outspent by the Athletics, for example.

So basically our government falls apart and we get a dictator, because last time I checked, the line of succession doesn't include ex-presidents unless they somehow work their way into the cabinet or Congress. Now if the VP turned President than appoints Palmer to Veep and then dies or resigns, then I guess... but that would be unbelievable even for this show. Actually, I'm not sure which scenario is more unbelievable. Still, Keifer did hint that Palmer might be coming back in some form this season.

So the VP was in Palmer's cabinet? That seems kind of strange considering the different parties... Is this how they write Palmer back into the show?

I am confident that socccer has triple the shot of becoming a major league sport here than NFL Football has to becoming even moderately popular in Europe.

So in previous seasons, what was the story with the VP? Was he a shady character or what? If there is any traitor left on the show it would only make sense if it was the VP, now president. I am confident that the mole thing has been played out otherwise.

Plot holes aside, I think we should have expected that at least one of the major terrorist plots was going to fully succeed this season.
