  1. https://www.washingtonpost.com/investigations/2024/01/09/israel-settler-violence-qusra-west-bank/ The threats were sent via Facebook on Oct. 9 to residents of Qusra, a Palestinian community in the Israeli-occupied West Bank: “To all the rats in the sewers of Qusra village we are waiting for you and we will have no mercy. The day of revenge is coming.” Two days later, on a sunny Wednesday afternoon, a group of masked and armed Israeli settlers struck the village in what would be the deadliest attack by settlers in the West Bank since the Israel-Gaza war began three months ago, according to data collected by Yesh Din, an Israeli rights organization that closely monitors the settlements. A Washington Post review of exclusive visuals of the attack, medical records and interviews with witnesses and first responders reveals that one of the Palestinians killed, 17-year-old Obada Saed Abu Srour, was shot in the back by settlers, probably as he was running from gunfire. Israeli troops, meanwhile, did not forcefully intervene, despite their obligation under international and Israeli law to protect all residents of the West Bank, including Palestinians. Soldiers and police were photographed at the scene of the deaths only after the attack ended, even though troops stationed at nearby military outposts were within earshot of the gunfire and had views of an earlier attack by settlers, the visual evidence shows. How the war has changed life in Israel and the West Bank Abu Srour, the eldest of four children, with aspirations to become a policeman after finishing high school, was killed along with civil engineer and new father Muath Raed Odeh, 29. They were trying to protect the home of 30-year-old blacksmith Awad Mahmoud Odeh from attack. Musab Abdel Halim Abu Rida, 20, who worked in the fields and could always make his grandmother laugh, was killed near Abu Srour.
  2. Lloyd Austin for President!
  3. The discussion went off the rails when Trump's lawyers made this incredible absurd arguments in a real court of law. The Republicans also complained at time about the impeachment of Trump was "just" political. Yet Today Trump's team was arguing that only through the political process of impeachment could the president be brought to justice. Heads they win...
  4. But only if he was impeached and convicted by the senate. That's the point
  5. You are a clown 🤡
  6. You are missing the point. Under this Trump doctrine, Biden could just have political opponents murdered. Do you understand that?
  7. Not that you would know
  8. No way. Good man. Paratrooper, just like my father! ❤️
  9. Biden should have Seal Team Six make a surpRise appearance at a Trump rally. An airplane can fly overhead with a banner: Thank's Donald, Good Bye Donald!
  10. Only a friggin degenerate POS would eveb attempt to make such an argument. I guess a President can just arrest the rival senators so he can't be impeached. Kill all the judges legally and never face any consequences. Insane! https://www.semafor.com/article/01/09/2024/trump-immunity-hearing-president-assassinate-rival-not-prosecuted Former president Donald Trump’s lawyer argued that presidential immunity would cover the U.S. president ordering political rivals to be assassinated by SEAL Team Six. During a hearing at a federal appeals court on Tuesday, Trump’s lead lawyer John Sauer made a sweeping argument for executive immunity, essentially saying that only a president who has been impeached and removed from office by Congress could be criminally prosecuted. Therefore, Sauer argued, the former president should be shielded from criminal prosecution. One of the judges asked Sauer: “Could a president who ordered SEAL Team 6 to assassinate a political rival, and is not impeached, would he be subject to criminal prosecution?” Sauer responded: “If he were impeached and convicted first... there is a political process that would have to occur.”
  11. Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley has trimmed former President Donald Trump’s lead in the Republican primary race in New Hampshire to single digits, according to a new CNN Poll conducted by the University of New Hampshire. Trump still holds a meaningful lead in the poll, with the backing of 39% of likely Republican primary voters in New Hampshire compared to Haley’s 32%. The rest of the field lags far behind in the poll, with former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie at 12%, entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy at 8%, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis at 5% and former Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson at less than 1%. https://www.cnn.com/2024/01/09/politics/cnn-new-hampshire-poll/index.html
