    I had no expectations , it was a nearly impossible situation. Difficult for a veteran QB, much more difficult for one that is not nearly NFL ready.

    With that excuse, I believe we now have excuses absolving peterman of all six of his INT's this season.

    I don't hate him, just don't understand all the love. Although it's not unusual to love the backup. Gary Marangi, dan manucci, joe dufek.... everyone thought the backups were better.

    Can't imagine Smith being available for a low round pick. Not sure he would even be available at all. He's got 1 year left on his contract, I'm guessing KC keeps him and gives Mahomes more time to develop.

    Most teams are a 'few players away'. We are quite a few away. We need a couple O lineman, a couple D lineman, another WR, backup RB and probably 2 QB's. A linebacker or 2, and need to sign Gaines or we would need another CB.

    I can see them going after a Viking QB, might not have to break the bank on one of them.

    they need a total revamp of offensive players and philosophy. Need a better line, WR and RB depth, better play calling and 2 new QB's.

    i wasn't referring to field position. No timeouts, 1 minutes left 4th down....against a top defense ready to tee off on him.

    Peterman was put in an impossible position, but he isn't any good.

    Dareus played very well today. Hard to believe he was ready to play after going out 2 days before the game.
