  1. There was some chatter last year about MNF offering him some huge deal to leave coaching and join their booth. But I didn’t hear if it was real or if there was interest from his side.
  2. It’s probably a mix of all those things. He’s set up a great life for himself, and can always go back to coaching at some point, he could write his own ticket. I have to say, he would be really good on color commentary.
  3. Real talk or wants a new contract? https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/33270237/los-angeles-rams-coach-sean-mcvay-ponders-future-says-wants-prioritize-family
  4. I’m rooting for the bengals because I think it will positively impact next season for the Bills and there is nothing we can do to change this season. If the bengals win they will be hyped up for next year with the chiefs, and the bills will be a bit more off the hype radar, which I prefer. It will motivate Josh even more because he won’t be considered top 2 in the afc - super bowl wins are a hell of a drug to media. If the bengals lose and especially if they look bad, they will just say cincy was a cute little story but came back down to earth and actually how good are they really, yadda yadda.
  5. Looks like he came to his senses 🤣
  6. Are you taking Jamo in the first if you’re the Bills? He’s a luxury pick as he probably won’t play this year. I feel like he’s a guy who will go to a rebuilding team with multiple 1sts like the Jets or Eagles.
  7. It’s a deep enough draft and the need is there on defense so that I’m ok not going offense in the 1st but love some of these WRs. As for Jamo, his trait is speed. I don’t know how the injury will impact that. He does have the bama pedigree but he’s a bit of a one trick pony (which is why he couldn’t get enough playing time at Ohio state with the other 3 there) when considering 1st round. Then again will fuller went in the 1st.
  8. Burks would take the offense to another level for sure. I do see Diggs in Wilson. I’ve said the same. Wilson will mix it up with any defender, he’s an extremely competitive cat.
  9. His hands bother me at times and he doesn’t have great size but he’s a complete offensive weapon and can also return kicks, I think he has WR1 potential but put him in the young Emmanuel sanders category. He plays with an edge that I think some teams will really value. He will go ahead of Olave, which I don’t think is a real hot take but Olave may be the bigger name to some.
  10. I feel like Burks, Wilson and London are 1st round locks. Not sure about the others.
  11. Ohio state had three 1000+ WRs in 2021, they didn’t go to him exclusively this year. Adding him to Diggs and Davis would be amazing. His polished route running and technique would have him producing on this team immediately. I think he may end up going in the 2nd round. He plays faster than I think he will run at the combine and doesn’t have great size. He just gets open and plays the position flawlessly. Beane seems to draft based more on film than workouts so I think he could go for him at 25 but it wouldn’t surprise me if he’s drafted on day 2.
  12. I was at the game where he threw the TD to himself and the state championship game that he “lost” (he was amazing).
  13. Interestingly I believe the panthers had Tre white, Dawkins and zay Jones all in for predraft visits and the bills didn’t.
  14. I agree with this take - he’s extremely likeable and marketable
  15. It could have waited. Lets see how Sunday goes before the gloom and doom on their cheapness
  16. Bitter, table for 1
  17. 2 weeks is too long to talk about a football game that the Bills aren’t playing in. We’ve had longer threads here for a single TC practice.
  18. I think Daboll was a defensive QC early on at one point. William and Mary maybe.
  19. They do, on the grassy knoll
