  1. Whaley is an idiot. He should have seen this move coming and traded Gilmore for Harris. Wake up Doug!
  2. Why not? Safety is one of the more replaceable positions. He was an average player who will get good money on the open market. He's gone and I really don't see it as a big hole
  3. I love the rich history of the Buffalo Bills and have the utmost respect for the success Ralph, Bill, Jim and co. reached. But I am tired of living in the past. Everyone refers to the 90's, living on the great successes that just aren't here any more. I cannot wait for a day when media and fans can stop rooting for games/players that happened 20+ years ago and we can finally endure some modern success to celebrate
  4. At least three. Sometimes four. A 3-4 often looks like a 4-3. Most fans couldn't tell you the difference
  5. Don't get me wrong, I think Chip is a talented coach. But he has way too much power in Phily. He's playing god with their roster and could be his down fall. For a guy that gets so much love in the media, I for one am sick of hearing how the Eagles 'won' this trade
  6. Man if they make this move they are all in on next year
  7. There is also a lot of misunderstanding that 3-4 indicates 3 down lineman. While it can be, the 3-4 is more on an indication of the shades in which they play more than anything.
  8. Dareus-Williams-Williams Hughes-brown-Harris-Lawson MxKelvin-Graham-Williams-Gilmore Bradham can play both the Rush and Mike in this scheme IMO.
  9. So do we still have space for Hughes, Iupati, or another splash? This is too much for a Tuesday
  10. Huge cap hit. Where will this put us in terms of space for FA? Does it eliminate certain players?
  11. Well done, I said B only because I'm not a fan of Yeldon. Rather see David Johnson or the Boise St. Kid if available
  12. Interesting perspective. Though he did fair well vs. a lot of good receivers this past year, the talent around him has to help
  13. How about a more realistic option in Byron Maxwell? Any interest from Rex here? Tall, lanky, experienced player. Teams often tested him and he did a solid job opposite Sherman. This signing would open up Corey Graham to move to Safety if needed and allows for the team to spend elsewhere while solidifying the secondary. Looks like he just switched agents too... http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/03/03/with-free-agency-nearing-byron-maxwell-changes-agents/ No idea what kind of interest or money he'll draw on the open market but all signs show Maxwell unlikely to resign with Seattle. Just a thought.
  14. Jeremy White taking the reigns? I always liked his stuff.
  15. With Rex, he's less of a hole to fit. For what he is asking, you could fill two positions. One step backward, two steps forward. I'm all for retaining good talent, but it needs to be at a reasonable and team friendly deal
  16. Draft one and sign one. Just no butt fumbling in Buffalo please
  17. Guard, Tackle, Tight End. These are position that are less of plug-and-play positions. I love Hughes and hope they get it done at a reasonable price, but if he is tryin to break the bank, we need to let him walk. Rex has shown his scheme can allow even the most worthless players (Aaron Maybin) to produce
  18. So far, every QB in Chip Kelly's system have been successful.
  19. I don't see many other options. Use the cap space to support the starting QB with a quality o line and good targets. Yes, they new to bring someone in but I don't see any FA option as being clearly better than a guy who has been given 14 games over 2 seasons
  20. Just to be clear, I'm against bringing in Sanchez and would rather roll with EJ this year
