This exact post comes out about every couple months on here for some strange reason. I’m just happy I don’t have to spend any more time worrying or thinking about Belichick. They are in the rear view and he will eventually be out of NE in the next couple years. That’s good enough for me.

Bills 27 Raiders 17 Bills will have far more rush attempts than usual in the Allen era. Raiders keep it close in the first half. Bills start hitting some big play action passes in the second half due to the increased focus on the run game. Allen’s stat line is good but nothing great. Not a thing of beauty but it’s a win. Allen - 17 of 29 199 yards 1 TD 1 INT Bills - 31 carries for 146 yards, 2 TDs Bass - 2 for 3 on FGs

Allen has been told repeatedly by everyone high up in the organization to stop taking unnecessary contact. Allen is who he is. Are they going to bench him? No. Is McDermott going to run on the field mid play and grab Allen to protect him? No We can hope for Allen to change and/or stop these bad habits. I believe he is who he is and in the moment, during the play, he is a competitor and he can’t/won’t stop the risky throws and dangerous running.
