  1. You really think that? He's being benched so he doesn't get hurt and the Bills will not be forced to keep him and pay him per contract and you think he is going to be here next year? 1 - that screams the Bills are not satisfied and are going to look elsewhere for better QB play 2 - if you are Tyrod, do you want to come back after this 3 - Rex, his biggest supporter just got relieved Don't really think Tyrod is going to be back in Buffalo
  2. really, show me where!
  3. Might want to recheck that. Robey Coleman 1 int TD and 1 Ffumble TD A Williams 1 fumble TD
  4. And the bills had 3 defensive TDs this year.
  5. Not me, as it seems you need to have the #1 rush attack for him to be average at best. How bad would he fail if he was asked to try and have an average pass attack and not settle for second last? Or if the record setting rush attack over the last 25 years wasn't his friend and covered a lot of his faults? I don't think he gets any interest for a starting QB job, backup, sure not starter.
  6. Only makes sense to you CoT guys and goes against everything you guys have been preaching and justifying as to why to keep TT. A little butt hurt I can see TT is bad and everyone knows it except Rex and the CoT.
  7. If that is true, then it appears they have no interest in keeping Tyrod around next year.
  8. Yup, as I can't see anyone else commit to ground and pound the way Re did. As many have stated TT fits Rex's scheme perfectly and I can't see the next guy keeping Rex's philosophy, not even A Lynn. TT status is absolutely tenuous as of today.
  9. So A Lynn goes from RB coach to OC to Interm HC in one year. Not bad at moving on up.
  10. Wonder who fired him? TPegs? DW? Brandon?
  11. Ummm, QB look at the other threads. agree with most of this http://www.pro-football-reference.com/years/2016/kicking.htm
  12. Ok so there are 19 teams averaging 23+ ppg not 25+ on offense, my bad. 23 is more than 22 that defense gives up that's why I used that. On defense there are only 8 teams avg less than 20 ppg, NE being the lowest at 15.7 ppg, and 4 of the 8 avg 19 ppg and the Bills are 15th at 23.2 ppg. So the defensive league avg is 22.8 ppg given up or teams need score at least 3 TDs and 1 FG per game. It's a scoring league dude, you need to outscore opponents not hope to hold them down.
  13. Only if they keep Rex. Remember he only fit this scheme, he most likely won't fit the next coaches, of course unless it's Lynn.
  14. Carp has missed 6 FG and 5 XP this year. Needs to be better but... Oak K has missed 6 FG and 2 XP Den missed 4 FG and 1 XP NE missed 3 FG and 3 XP Ari missed 7 FG and 4 XP Sea missed 4 FG and 5 XP Bal missed 1 FG and 0 XP Dal missed 5 FG and 0 XP GB missed 4 FG and 2 XP Minn missed 4 FG and 7 XP SD missed 6 FG and 4 XP Car missed 5 FG and 3 XP Cin missed 7 FG and 6 XP Was missed 7 FG and 3 XP That's just some and the Balt kicker is obviously is the goal, but Carp isn't much different than the rest of the league. He's average and the Bills can win with him. Not much else out there, who do you replace him with? And for the person who posted they think Rex messed with his head last year I think is correct and Carp hasn't been the same since that incident.
  15. Oh look a shootout in the lions Cowboys game, 2 playoff teams btw. So far defense need not apply. It happens people, more than you want to admit. You need to score score score, and then score again, it's a scoring league. If you only score 25 per game, guess what, you need to score more. They way the league is set up your team is lucky if they keep the oppponent under 25 points. It is not the norm to have a good defensive performance each week, it's the exception to have a good defensive performance in todays NFL. The way to win is to outscore teams not to hope to hold teams under 20 points.
  16. Team records when their defense gives up 21+ points Bills 2-7 Oak 7-3 Pit 1-6 Mia 6-3 Ind 5-7 Phi 0-9 NE 4-1 GB 4-5 NO 6-6 Hou 3-6 Small sample size but it's a QB heavy scoring league and you need your QB to be able to outscore other QBs more often than not. Using the Mia game, imagine if TT did that every week? The Bills would win way more than they lose.
  17. Not hard to be better than a bottom of the barrel passing attack. Many rookies have come in the last couple years and been better than a bottom of the barrel. Carr, Bortles, Wentz, Winston, Prescott, Mariota, Tannehill, Stafford older guys like Roethlisberger, Flacco, Ryan, Dalton, Wilson, Newton, Luck. That's damn near half the league way way more than 2%.
  18. The COT feels it's fair to compare this years Bills defense to the historic Bears, Ravens, Bucs, Broncos heck even the 2014 Bills and use that as why TT didn't get the job done.
  19. No way, no how. TT won't be nearly as effective in Denver as in Buffalo because Denvers rush offense is 27th whereas Buffalos is 1st by a lot. Nobody signs this guy as their starter, nobody. As others have said "he is the perfect for what Buffalo wants" guess what, nobody else does what Buffalo does on offense scheme wise.
  20. Right, cause it's so easy to get a top 4 defense.
  21. Your OPINION of course, you forgot that.
  22. Tyrod had a good game yesterday like he did against the Seachickens. Still not the answer, 2 good games out of 16 doesn't cut it. This year he kind of reminds me of that broken clock that is right twice a day.
