  1. What was he thinking? I'm assuming if it was automotive technology it was mostly, if not all guys, so he figured it'd be okay. Have you talked to him after?
  2. Not that it justifies it in any way, but did he intentionally show that on the screen, or was it an embarrassing mistake where last nights browser windows were still up when he set up his laptop?
  3. I don't even have to tell the whole story, let me just ask you a few questions. Let's say you work customer service for a major cable company. You fall on hard times, so you decide to resort to stealing customers credit card information. What's the ONE bill that you're not gonna pay with those stolen cards?
  4. I've never used them considering I grew up in the age where everybody has/accepts debit cards. But aren't travelers checks traceable? Like, isn't that literally the whole point of them, so if they get lost/stolen, they can be recovered?
  5. What's the worst/craziest/funniest reason you or someone you know have fired someone, or been fired or voluntarily quit?
  6. I plan on watching, and hopefully making the trip from Houston to San Antonio for a Commanders game. I'm a huge fan of University of Houston football, and they have first dibs on former UH players. There's six guys that I watched play in college on the team. Also, Cyril Richardson plays there too. XFL is coming to Houston next year. I'll probably attend a game or two just to check out the action. But they're taking the wrong path. AAF is trying to be a developmental league, hoping to get an affilation, or at least an endorsement for the NFL. When a player gets plucked from their rosters and signed to an NFL contract, it's all over the team/league social media, congratulating them and wishing them nothing but the best. XFL is attempting to draw fans away from the NFL it seems. They're probably gonna sign some big names that have faded out. IE, Johnny Manziel. I wouldn't be surprised if TO gets signed to the XFL. He might not even play much. But he shows up, signs autographs, and takes five snaps a game, he earns his paycheck. I've read rumors there's gonna be an exclusivity clause that won't allow XFL players to leave if an NFL team calls. Also a stipulation that all players will stand for the anthem, so it's pretty obvious what they're trying to do there. I believe they have first crack at former Cowboys. They definitely have first crack at all the major NCAA teams in Texas.
  7. Bad stories of how you were broken up with, or times you may have regretted breaking up with someone. Or a friend's story.
  8. About a month before meeting me, my wife went out with a guy she met online. They went to dinner, then bowling. She said she was having a really good time, and he seemed like a normal guy in his early twenties. Then they went out to get some desert, because they were enjoying each other's company and wanted to keep hanging out. That's when he unloads on her that he's recently divorced, due the the fact that he was into "pegging, (google it if you don't know, NSFW though)" and if she wasn't into that, the relationship probably wasn't gonna work out. Gotta at least respect the honesty I guess.
  9. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
  10. A friend of mine, born and raised in Buffalo, said he loved the wings at Hooters. I thought he was kidding, and his reply was "That's the only place that has good breading." And my personal favorite is the Nine-Eleven Tavern. (Unfortunate coincidence, named for the address, open almost 20 years before the tragedy.) Small little pub in South Buffalo.
  11. I made the mistake of seeing a gator and trying to shoot it with my shotgun.
  12. Agree with every point here, except Dynasty kinda sucked. Lol. There's a local KISS tribute I've seen a handful of times, and they're just as good. Makeup, stage show, pyrotechnics. Of course that last part depends on the venue.
  13. I've cut back on drinking in the past month or two. Not for anything considered close to addiction, but I have gout, and it's just not worth the pain anymore.
  14. Yeah. I'd actually be okay with all of that if she was honest and upfront about it.
  15. I thought the same thing, but it made me laugh anyway. I hope for Bernard's sake that it's fake.
  16. Went out with this girl. Took her to an AC/DC Tribute show. Which was awesome. She wasn't exactly skinny, which I'm okay with. I was quite nervous. I said to my self "Next song, put your arm around her." Well, little did I know, the next song was "Whole Lotta Rosie." Just as I'm putting my arm around her, lead singer goes "This next song is about a very big girl!"
  17. That's kind of funny actually. Lol.
  18. 2020: Bills over NFC Champs. 2021: Bills over NFC Champs. 2022: Bills over NFC Champs. 2024: Bills over NFC Champs. 2025: Bills over NFC Champs. 2023 is number six. We lose to the Lions by 2.
  19. Probably not. But to their credit, they openly admit that. As far as actual talent goes though, Ace is the real deal. They're a good band if you listen to full albums, but they also knew how to write/sing songs that would be commercially successful.
  20. This was on the official Beatles Facebook today.
  21. Ace posted this today on Facebook. Seemed like they were getting along finally.
  22. Assuming this is a real option, would this be an official title, or just doing what he was originally signed to do? When's the last time one of the major sports had an official player/coach?
  23. What stories do you have about bad dates that you went on?
