Great job! I think we will see some surprise IR move which Will open the door to everyone’s least favorite Bill (Taiwan) making the 53. -
NFL Cuts /Cut Tracker
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to Starr Almighty's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It is going to take a while to cut Hart. They are going to have to go through all the mistakes he made when they talk to him— going to be a long meeting. -
After seeing the preseason games, I have been really impressed with Stevenson. Not only on the quality of his returns, but he seems to be very sure-handed and hasn’t displayed anything that might suggest poor judgment. I am thinking we could see him as the primary KR out there. I am less sure about PR, since it seems McKenzie might have the inside track on that spot (even though he has his “bad moments.”). But Stevenson has looked good too there. Then, there’s the issue of the limits on who you activate on gameday and whether that cuts in McKenzie’s favor of getting both the KR and PR duties because we can use him on offense too. Anyone have any predictions on how this all will shake out?

Good Night / Bad Night - Pre-season game 3
Miyagi-Do Karate replied to GunnerBill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
yeah, a clear swing and miss. That said, for every miss, Beane seems to get many more hits. For example, I was randomly reading a draft recap of the 2018 draft. Beane was accused of overreaching on Dawkins (who projected to maybe being able to compete with Jordan Mills at RT), and reaching on Milano (who was viewed as maybe ST contributor). Reading stuff like that makes me feel better about some of the misses! -

Re both Cody Ford and Doyle, you wonder if the Bills want to be more patient, given that they gave away Wyatt Teller and we all know how good he is. Ford was moved all around his first season between tackle and guard, and was injured a lot last year. Maybe he just needs more time? -
GAME BALLS - Packers v. Bills, 08/28/21

will really be interested to see what they do with both Webb and Fromm. I can see them cutting both, and both guys being still there for the PS. Is the third string QB market really that strong? -

agreed on Fromm. Was super impressed. I think he has some potential to kick around the NFL for a while. -

I have to say that Fromm actually really impressed me. He had that beautiful throw to Kumerow who barely touched the sideline, and had some other nice throws. Seemed to even put a lot more zip on his sideline passes. -
I was so excited to watch this game and it ended up being a bad thunderstorm so my DVR recording of it went in and out— missed some stretches in the first half (at least two packers possessions and the second drive for the Bills), and so didn’t get a great look at our 1st string defense. Can someone give me the down low on the defensive issues?

Wendy’s has the absolute worst French fries

You called it! Wendy’s is changing its fries. https://www.cnn.com/2021/08/26/business/wendys-new-french-fries/index.html -
Dolphins say something similar. Their motto is: “you come to Miami and you’ll be the worst version of yourself.”

8/26 practice - last one open to media

Taron Johnson injury is alarming. He is a critical part of the defense. Hopefully he will be ready for the opener. -
Does everyone only read fantasy books on here?!

Isaiah McKenzie shoulder injury

At this rate, Brandon Powell may be our only return man option.
