I think your wrong & time will tell who's right. He'd be the best QB we've had here since Jimbo bar none. Right now, we are at slim pickens / nothing & Slim just died.

Personally, I'd like to see some success the way the team is set up now before committing the balance of our cap to the strongest part of our team (versus the weakest part, QB). There's a chance that we can lure a Drew Brees or some other QB away from another team as needed & use Dareus as trade bait, I'd be all in. I like Dareus and all but reality is we are committing too many resources to Rex's favorite project, the defense. I'd like to switch that money towards a missing piece, the QB. Like I said, loading up on the strongest part of the team may not lead to more success. Lets see how it goes.

One thing I didn't bother to mention is the Dallas @ Buffalo game could get flexed to a prime-time spot if both teams play well. We all remember the last Dallas prime-time game in the Ralph, it was an amazing atmosphere & fun to watch (until the end).

Playing Jax away (London) versus @ home is really great for a few reasons, one of which is we didn't have to waste one of our home games to a team we will beat & it's a neutral site game. Playing Indy at home & first gets a tough game out of the way with the home crowd's (12th man) energy to lead us. Brady should at least have 2 games left on his suspension after appeal & we get to play his back-up in the season without Bill B. having much game film on us. No way we normally get that lucky to play the world champion team without their starter, normally the QB from those teams always plays early the following year (like always). One other non-opponent related event, our Bye-week nearly splits the season in half. Other teams have a bye week after the first month (Pats in our division!!) versus 2 months for us.

Bills have to tag Dareus if they can't get a deal done this year, I'd expect that this one game suspension won't effect this process too much.
