Their drafting is insane. Lamar, Hamilton, Humphrey, Andrews, Linderbaum, Flowers, Ndabuimke. The list goes on.
Then they hit on key free agents at reasonable costs (Roquan, Henry, Van Noy etc)
Ya good question . I think it really depends on the team/coordinator
Like the browns last week sold out to stop the run against Henry. But ravens tonight look like they are playing a lot of 2 high against Detroit
1. Ya Bosas snap count was way too high IMO
2. Ya Rousseau is dealing with an apparent bone bruise in his leg/knee
3. Deone walkers snap count was low as apparently he was out of alignment on the first couple drives, so it looks like they sat him for a bit
Ya that's pretty much spot on. Like you said, if you don't want a 30 million dollar receiver that's a diva , fine I can get that . But should have thrown a day 2 pick at WR in my opinion or double dipped in 2024.
Or like you said, Horton. Looked pretty damn good yesterday for Seattle
Ya it's hard to dispute that. But the overall root of what I'm saying is this is the offence McDermott/Beane wants.
He doesn't want a 30 million dollar receiver and to throw it 40 times a game.
He wants to play clock control, limit mistakes and grind you out . Which I personally disagree with that philosophy, when Josh Allen is your QB
Exactly where I'm at. Everyone was stressed about the INTs, but it didn't really bother me as his yards and TDs more than enough made up for it.
And come playoff time, he always cleaned the INTs when it mattered most.
I'm not a gambler and I would never bet against my favourite team
And no I won't go to the chiefs board and route for them since I'm a diehard bills fan. I'm sorry my facts of them beating us in the last 4 playoff games and them going to the last 3 super bowls offend you.
Haha ok. Why don't we review last years message board saying the chiefs are done, yet they made it to the Super Bowl. Same in 2023 when they lost to the raiders in that Christmas game lol
For sure, I knew that.
I just meant to say before this game started, Jameis probably gave them the best chance to win.
But I can't fault Daboll for starting Russ I guess since he came off a huge game
Agreed that Russ sucks, but don't know if putting in Dart against a Spags defence is the answer for his first nfl game.
Realistically , Jameis probably gives them the best chance to win
