Compared to highest paid guard- Dickerson at 21 mil per and Sewell for tackle at 28 mil per year

Fair. If you look it that way though, that's about a low end DE3 or a very high end DE4.
I think he's DE5, assuming he's even active every game.
I am not saying you're wrong. I just think that would be extremely good and encouraging production for a 5th round rookie rotational end who may not be active every game.

They aren't paying what they're paying Von and AJ what they are for either to be anything less than DE3. If they felt AJ couldn't be DE3 or possibly start in the event Von doesn't bounce back, they wouldn't have brought him back and at the number they did. They'd have picked someone else.
They've re-signed Epenesa, signed Dawuane Smoot (to a couple mil guaranteed) and Casey Toohill, and Drafted Javon Solomon. Groot, Von, and Epenesa are obviously safe and I don't see Javon Solomon (being a 5th Round Pick and a steal there, honestly) and Dawuane Smoot going anywhere either.
We'll only keep 5 and there's 5 right there. As it is, Casey Toohill and Kingsley Jonathan are going to be cut. I don't see us making a 5th Defensive End move this offseason, post 6/1, and honestly - the market is pretty much bare at this point anyways. Emmanuel Ogbah, Yannick Ngakoue, or Carl Lawson? Pass.
Predictively I think you're right as I don't think they are gonna add another one.
But I hope they do as I don't think the DE room is nearly good enough.
Now admittedly I don't know who's out there in free agency now as I haven't really checked

Rousseau, AJ, Von as your top 3 isn't good enough IMO.

Fine. The Bills have outscored the Dolphins 156-113 under McDaniel. McDaniel's high powered offense is scoring on average of 22 points per game against us.
That's totally fair, I'm not saying "fear " Miami.
The original comment I responded too was him saying it was going to be an "easy" game.There is just no way I agree with that.
4 out of the 5 games against McDaniel (including the playoff game) have been one score games which came down to the last possession

If you want to make some sort of sample size to this dolphins then look at the last 2 seasons under McDaniel and Tua.
What Miami did against Josh Allen with Flores and Ryan Fitzpatrick has 0 relevance.Bills are 3-1 against Miami in the last 2 years against McDaniel/Tua. (Not including the close game against Skylar Thompson in the playoffs)

2023- Blowout win
2023 at Miami- close win against a banged up Miami team with the help of a punt return TD.
So from that sample size ^, what makes you think it's going to be an "easy" game?

A short week on the road is also more of a challenging dynamic. Home teams were 11-4 at home on TNF last year
It's not a negative. Just can't really rely on special teams TDs as it's a bit of an anomaly to get them .

Let's put it this way- What player is going to "scare" other teams for game planning against the Bills?
KC- You have to take away Kelce
Balt- You take away Andrews
SF- Pick your poison- all pro after all pro
Det- St brown and if you do, La porta will crush you.
Bills don't have a "guy" yet. Hopefully Kincaid will develop into one

Potential to be with Kincaid, but he's nowhere near Kelce and Andrews yet. (I think he will be one day)
For the final 4 teams as I'll add SF in there- I would much rather SFs, Detroit's and baltimores weapons, And slightly would take Kcs just cause the Kelce factor
