  1. I trust he means something more along the lines of not putting anything particularly new on tape.
  2. Fuller is always hurt. Would help us out a lot though.
  3. I feel as though we can comfortably rest Allen, Tre and a couple other key pieces. I wouldn't be surprised if they gave the offense a few series off the top and then gave Barkley the reins.
  4. OK that time was a little closer. Could have made that catch.
  5. Yep. Had his man for the TD and Josh'd it
  6. I don't understand the Cowboys.
  7. Lol you hear that guy? "They don't have to punt... they are electing to punt" Wild ride for Cardinals backfield. DJ looks done. Edmonds looked like a beast and then got hurt and now he doesn't even see the field.
  8. Everybody writing off these lowly matchups is missing some seriously fun football.
  9. Tannehill is good. Thank goodness Gase is around another year to hold Darnold back.
  10. Did I miss something? Did Duck go back in the game?
  11. If those clowns weren't so arrogant I'd have been kinda rooting for them too.
  12. What's the deal with Josh only being able to hit the deep ball when he's getting smacked? It's like the defender is forcing him to take off some mustard. I know that's a bit of hyperbole, but the John Brown TD was not unlike the Foster one against the Jags last year.
  13. If it were almost any other team and any other scenario maybe. I think it is a show of support like "don't worry we know you'll get them in the playoffs." The fans aren't giving up on them because they couldn't beat the dreaded Pats this time. It won't be the last time.
  14. Absolutely. We essentially got ourselves a bye week, just with one extra playoff game to win after. Plus, we know Barkley can roast these Jets. 11-5 is still a possibility and we are rested and ready to go on a run.
  15. I generally agree and understand. However, there doesn't seem to be another explanation for why we unleash more pressure packages. We basically rushed 4 and played zone the whole game and were picked apart like always. With that sorry bunch of receivers and Brady's limp arm we should have been more comfortable bringing more rushers. We did it more the first time we saw them and it worked very well. Now I know we had a crap ton of missed tackles but that is a different issue. To your second point, Brady has a ton of experience. Allen can develop those traits with more time. Accuracy issues for Allen have more to do with his patience and footwork, which we have already seen improvements on this season.
  16. I don't know if anyone addressed this already, but does anyone think they tried to beat them with a more vanilla gameplan knowing the odds to take the division were next to nothing? Not wanting to put anything new on tape in case we see them a third time? I do feel good about how these guys will play in January. I like that Allen threw no picks even if he was slow to get started. We were knocking on the door again. Third time's a charm?
  17. That team is so depleted on offense and yet we let them out scheme us and we couldn't tackle. Nevertheless, like the Ravens game, it came down to a 4th and goal and we just couldn't punch it in. Just thinking now it's up to the Chiefs to knock off the Pats in the divisional round and I still like their chances. Just too bad Brady and them get their freaking rest.
  18. Think they wanted to take it to the 2 or force Bill to burn another TO. Don't hate it, but only passes from here.
  19. Awful awful defense. We are tired but we can't just lay down.
  20. Sheesh. Our D is gonna be gassed. And good starting position for them.
