Children tested for lead in Newark, New Jersey (CNN)Voluntary blood testing began Thursday for Newark public school students, a day after officials announced that lead levels in the district's water have been elevated since at least 2012. Of 66 schools, 30 locations have tested positive for lead exposure over the federal legal limit of 15 parts per billion. I would go all out for 3-4 players that fit Rex's system . If Rex is too complicated and does not work and he gets fired, make darn sure the next HC will stay with 3-4 D. If Wade Phillips can make it work with a less complex system another 3-4 DC can make it work here.
