  1. Heard he got flagged for excessive celebration leaving the hospital. 15 yard penalty.
  2. I'm all about positivity, ask anybody.
  3. Jay Skurski ‏@JaySkurski 10s11 seconds ago Update from #Bills PR: Aaron Williams has gone through a series of tests and has been released from the hospital. Great news.
  4. I never said Sammy should have a 100% catch rate. And Welker is not a WR who is supposed to have a (using your placeholder numbers) greater than 25% chance on that ball. That's why he's a nobody compared to the guys who are around 50%. He's got a particular set of skills, but he's not an athletic, complete WR that can do that. It was a big play that Sammy came up short on. It wasn't an easy catch. Those are not mutually exclusive.
  5. Well they weren't, so we did.
  6. I don't understand why this is sacrilege. I've seen Dez, Calvin, VJ, Mike Evans, etc etc catch that ball. Why is not okay to not give Sammy a blanket pass because the ball was a little high? Was it a perfect pass? No. Was it an egregious drop? No. Do I think Sammy should be capable of making that play when it's do or die? Yes.
  7. We gon beat dat ass like McKelvin.
  8. Yes, Welker is a nobody in terms of talent. He's quick and he has good hands. He isn't the physical specimen that Sammy is, which is why he was a 7th round pick? (I'm not looking that up.) So stop slamming the kid like it hit him in the bread basket. I haven't been. I'm saying a great WR can make that play and Sammy should have.
  9. Welker is a nobody. Sammy Watkins is a 3 pick WR. I'd like him to come down with that.
  10. Ask and ye shall receive. http://www.patriots.com/video/2015/09/20/highlight-logan-ryan-interception Two hands on it.
  11. Breaking news, upcoming games will decide season.
  12. Dr. Mark Adickes ‏@jocktodoc According to his father Aaron Williams has full movement in all extremities following his neck injury. Await CT scan and MRI results.
  13. Sure they do. I would just like him to catch the ball. He was pricey and he should make good plays in big moments. I guess you don't agree. That's cool. It'd be different if he got crushed right as it hit him, he was untouched.
  14. Bad loss, but hey. 1- Tyrod, with an atrocious 1st half, came back out to play. 2 picks were WR deflections, that both could've been caught by his WR's. Great ball to Sammy. Ran well, avoided hits. Good scramble and pass to Woods. 2 - Rex Ryan. I know, you're all gonna think I'm crazy, but Rex is one of the major reasons we were still in that game in the end, IMO. The rivalry and smack talk angle was played up so much, I think this had a factor in BB calling so many pass plays at the end. One of those led to the fumble that got us back in the game. He was still brutal in his gameplan today, but this is a positive thread, so get off me. 3 - Shady ran pretty well both on the ground and after the catch. Made some good plays. 4 - Sammy flat out burned his defender on the TD. Good play, even if his defender kinda stinks. 5 - Percy Harvin is appearing to be the favorite target of TT, had some good catches and the vet presence to get OOB. 6 - Darby was okay. Gronk went off, but he made some plays defensively. 7 - KW was the best player on our D-line again this week, and it wasn't close. Anytime there was pressure, it was him. Maybe everyone else is doubled, but he made some plays.
  15. Hit him in both of his hands. WR's jump for balls and catch them all the time.
  16. All knee-jerks aside, Sammy has to catch that ball.
  17. They didn't keep the RB's in too much.
  18. We could've used a great pass-pro RB today to help with the pressure. Oh well.
  19. Rex outsmarting himself?
  20. I'm pretty sure we have the best defensive coach and offensive coach ever on our team, so I disagree. Giving Edelman a 10 yard cushion on 3rd and 1 is the right call.
  21. Johnny!
  22. It's not only about the cost. I remember Fred had that one fumble where Spikes went helmet to helmet on him and he lost consciousness and dropped the football. Now, if I'm a coach, do I consider that to be indicative of bad ball security? Not really. Whereas waving the ball outside of your body so it can get tomahawked from behind may be a different story. Different circumstances. Both count as fumbles.
  23. Not all fumbles are created equal.
