Would you say Percy Harvin was a substantial addition to the Bills? Nah, because he got hurt and is a non-factor. Same with Cromartie and Leonard Williams.

That's my point. They may have some positives, but "righting the ship" takes more than having some good draft choices who look promising. If it takes years to see it, then we don't know yet. Many folks could and were saying Pegs had nailed the Bills and made all the right moves back in August. Now look at us.
