    Yea. I grew up in Roch in the 70's and 80's and I always liked the Chefs. Now I'm a Bills season ticket holder and I root for both teams. When the 2 teams play each other, I always feel conflicted. When people ask why I like the Chefs and Bills, I jokingly reply: 'I only root for losing teams.'

    Their QB is a local guy. Pretty good stats and I think he's only a sophomore. If EJ Manuel doesn't meet expectations, maybe the Bulls will provide us with our next QB.

    While that's one of my favorite expressions, I have to agree that it does not quite fit into this situation. It's meant to be used in response to a comment concerning something that has ALREADY happened and can therefore not be changed. In this case, the conversation is about events/outcomes that have not yet occurred.
