I don't care for coaches who come in and state, this is my system. Should have kept Swartz. Going back to Training Camp and all of the injuries, Rochester's high humidity and improper hydration with all out drills was the major cause, lets me wonder just what kind of coaches we were getting. Keeping 2 WRs who may be fast, but, are sitting on the sidelines, that was really smart. The defense against New England was awesome, was never used for any of the following games. If all of the starting Off and Def had stayed healthy, we may have gone to the Playoffs. My opinion is Rex may be spouting Playoffs, but, is going for 2016 Draft Picks.

I can't watch the Buffalo Bills on TV. I have a Shih Tzu and every time the Bills make a stupid play, either play calling, execution or just plain stupidity, I cuss the coaching staff including Rex and his minions. My dog thinks I am cussing him out and he jumps up on my lap wondering what he did wrong. It's just not fair to my dog!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think Chan Gailey had 1 answer. Have the Bill's Offensive Line get their hands up. Tom Brady is 6'4", Edelman is 5'10" and Amandola is 5'11" which may be on the high side. With Brady's throwing motion, he has to throw down, through the Off. Line. I don't know how Manny Lawson would stack up against Gronk in coverage, but I would mix the coverage up a lot. Keep them guessing.

I believe it's a combination of Marrone and Hackett. In the previous coaching staff they had a pulling guard who helped open up holes for the running game with WRs blocking downfield. Marrone has an Offensive line IQ where the Buff Offense lines up and depends on a 1-on1 matchup to create holes. They both suck.

I give him 1 more year, the Manning brothers were disaster their 1st year. Has anyone noticed, that when EJ is calling a play and the LBs show blitz, he always calls a running play, which is exactly what the D wants him to do, stack the box with 8 and shut down the run???

I like your posts also, but, on 4th and 1, the decision to run up the gut was crap. There are an infinite number of plays that could have been used instead. I believe the whole organization should be reviewed. Analytics - I wouldn't hire anyone from Xerox to mow my lawn. Would you rather pay $100 mil for a DE (maybe $50 ml) or a top QB. Tackling Blount - missed tackles, tackling high instead of low - is that coaching or stupidity??? Defensive game plan should have been better. A Plan, B Plan, etc. Hire Bill Polian as an advisor to review ever position, trades, free agent hires, draft. If the Bills sink the 2014 draft, they are toast!!! I am amazed at how people making millions of dollars can be so ineffective??? Stafford had to get NFL fit, EJ is going to have to hit the gym. If he is the answer or not is still up in the air

I watched the Eagles game last night and it was like watching the Bills in the spread formation except for 1 important point, Fitz with his high IQ understood the concepts, but, was not very accurate. It is amazing how much a Quarterback counts in the NFL. EJ needs to gain 20-30 pounds if he is going to succeed in the NFL, this team needs a good OC and at least 2 stud WR's and 1 TE. It would be fun to watch a few spread formations in next years team. The offense needs some juice.

For the last 13 years we get a new HC/OC with a new system which does not use the talents of the individuals on the roster. An up tempo offense alone is not the answer. Bubble screens, curl routes, crossing routes and using the outside run from last year (both left and right side). With some shots downfield. Last game I saw 1 bubble screen and 1 run to the outside which CJ ran for a touchdown and that was it. The receivers are new and although they are faster than our previous wr's they aren't getting open. This running up the gut for 1 - 3 yards is a joke. That is not for CJ, only Fred has a chance of getting more yards. From what I have seen so far from this coaching staff is that they're going for 2014 draft picks.

The Brain Trust @ Bills Drive are shopping for a new HC. Hopefully they also use the same req for DC, OC, Special Teams, LB... etc. Whomever they bring in as HC - I hope that they don't let the HC hire all of his coaches. If they do - History repeats itself. As a former Corp person - my Managers were worthless!!! But the individual teammembers were awsome. If Marv didn't have Kelly (who called all of the plays) and supporting cast plus a great defense, would Marv get all of the accolades he has for the 1990's Teams?? If the Colts didn't have Luck where would they be??? Same could be said of Washington and Seattle. If the Vikings didn't have the Perterson would they be where they are now??? HC is only part of the equation!!!!!!!!!!
