Inner city youth mob attacks continue…
Dante replied to 1billsfan's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
In all these reports I notice not much in Texas. Could it be that a lot of people are packing? Yes, guns are bad lol. I bet one of these mobs regulated with a auto weapon would halt it in a big hurry. Easy to be tough with numbers. Not so easy when there is risk involved. Any who, just one more reason not to venture into a big city. I'll take my small town any day. -
Raise The Debt Limit Already!
Dante replied to Dave_In_Norfolk's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
What do you mean by capable? I guess I just want someone who is genuinely dedicated to the good of the country and promote personal freedom. By capable do you mean experienced? At what point is the "same old same old" just not good enough. I don't want someone to play ball with the other side to get along and not ruffle any feathers. I don't want someone to be afraid to make moves because they want to get re elected. I really am afraid Mit and his healthcare record. I don't like the fact he started government health in Mass. I like Bachmann and her support for a personal health saving program and opening up interstate competition for insurance companies. I don't pretend to be a expert on the health care industry but some basic rules(concept of competition) apply to just about everything. It's still pretty early and I don't know everything about every candidate. Just a little bit I've read about her I like. Notice how I don't insert condescending emote's in my posts? Not necessary Magox. -
Raise The Debt Limit Already!

That's because he doesn't want to. It has to be clear now that this is intentional. A deliberate attempt to scuttle the economy to further discredit the capitalist/free enterprise system. To Obama, considering his Marxist beliefs, its kinda like making an ommelete by breaking a few eggs. Although I don't think Obama is particularly bright, I don't think he's enough of a moron to make the spending decisions he and his partners have without fully realizing the consequences. Not sure if Christie is the guy or not. I'm sure Mit is not. What Ive read about Bachmann I like. -
Big improvement. Like one of the other posters said the standing Buffalo is great but this years helmet is pretty good to. I'm so glad last seasons unis are gone.

Very nice article. I respect the writers honesty about his own ideas of Buffalo before his trip. -
House votes against Libya funding
Dante replied to /dev/null's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Point is you can't plug every hole. And why is it on us? I'm tired of being responsible for every jerked off culture that can't and never will get their act together. They never will. Its just way to easy to send people off to die when you are sitting back watching on tv like just another NFL game. And not just the Dems. Bush was just as bad. -

Easy to send other peoples kids to every f'd up region in the world. If your such a hero suit up and get your ass over there instead of spending OUR money and sending other peoples kids to die. -
Robert Reich draws a bleak picture

Who decides what "fair" is? You and your ilk? No thanks. Only truly fair tax is a equal percentage for everyone. Like a flat tax. -

You should not raise the taxes on the rich because its the right thing to do. It's the moral thing NOT to do. You see, what you and your ilk can't and will never fathom, is that the concept of taxation is immoral and even criminal. Taking the fruits of an individuals labor and redistributing it without the victims say is immoral. -
The best thing about those two being in NYC is that it is about as far away from me as you can possibly get within the continental US. I feel just a little cleaner now. Thanks for the heads up.

I have to clarify "domestic". I really meant the swill that Busch, Miller make. All kinds of great smaller brewery stuff out here. I'm sure there is in Texas as well. Get some of that stuff!
-
Your going to have to organize a victory party yourself!!! bbq victory party blowout at Cowgirls house. Everyone on tbd message boards invited
-
At fully funded party like that who in the hell is ordering domestic? Lite beer no less. heh..Bruin fans lol

His career was based on lies and leftist ideals. He was a destroyer of individual rights and property. He exposed, pardon the pun, himself for what he was. A douche bag. Absolutely no loss and the more of these guys that go down the better off the country will be. No respect for someone who simultaneously reaps rewards for holding his position and tearing down the country. Good riddance and hope you get herpes on the way out.

I'm just kidding around. I can take shots at Canadians all I want because I'm one as well. I'm not sure what the last part means but Sharks were in the final four. Better than at least 26 other teams. Hardly qualifies as "lowly". Reality is that the road through the western conference is tougher than the east. I think the best of the Sharks and the Canucks were gone. This is debatable I know but just my opinion. And the part about Canucks being entitled is only weak teasing I guess.

Due to socialist like upbringing they feel entitled to a NHL championship.

June Movies: Transformers 3, Green Lantern, Super 8, & Cars 2...
Dante replied to Mark Vader's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Have to disagree on this one. Movie just felt empty to me. As usual it was very well produced like Speilbergs movies always are. Great train wreck scene. Nice atmospheric town. Growing up in the 70's is was kinda nice to see some of the things I had as a kid. The Panasonic cassette player/radio. The Hunchback Of Notre Dame model. Creepy horror comics on the wall. But it was kind of a empty vessel beyond that. It has all been done before. It had all the cliched characters. Troubled parents disconnected from the kids. Evil, untrustworthy military out for their own gain with a square jawed uncaring white captain guy(think Avatar) as their point man. Usually I can endure the cliche's if the story is good. But as a rule, if a movie features these characters the plot is equally unoriginal. Unfortunately the best part of the movie was the end for a couple reasons. The movie the kids were making within the film was better than the real one. jmho -
Damn his timing is bad. He missed Oprah. He would have been a natural pissing and whining to that cow.

GM CEO Wants $1 Increase in Gas Tax
Dante replied to /dev/null's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Listening to Adam Carolla the other day he came up with a interesting idea. Using the energy harnessed from pissing in urinals. Kinda like hydro electric power you tinkle into a little turbine thingy that generates power like a hamster running. He was thinking of powering a video game of some sort but I think with enough liquids consumed, a small fridge or maybe even lighting will be possible. Maybe the government can give us beer credits to help generate the excretions necessary to power all!! -
Wow! Keeps getting better. Now he's going to the "I need therapy" card. Still no intention of resigning. I guess were supposed to believe that he will be totally capable with just a little treatment. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2011/06/11/democratic-leaders-say-rep-weiner-must-resign/

I don't think Ive ever watched that show except for the odd(very odd) clip here and there. Now I know why. Approaching an outright freak show. Walters is a liberal senile old screw and Goldberg looks like a cartoon character.

How are we supposed to power these things without coal plants. Without nuke plants. Maybe the eco activists will get Obama to start a program to put one of those big windmills like the ones through Altamont Pass in every persons back yard. -

Isn't he the one responsible for the failed Massachusetts medical system? He seems to be a contradiction. I want the most conservative man, or women.
