There was actually a documentary about this movie called "Best Worst Movie" Pretty good on its own. It made me order the Troll 2 dvd.

If you are a fan of these and also Tool, stream the movie "Blood Into Wine". Surprisingly interesting (since I'm neither here nor there with Tool) film about the lead singer of the bands obsession with starting a winery. Can't remember the lead singers name sorry. Good stuff though.

A couple of Asian movies I watched this year that I enjoyed better than any 2011 mainstream, Hollywood offerings. First "Castaway On The Moon" Great movie about a guy marooned on a river island in urban Seoul I believe. All the time he has a fan watching him from a apartment building across the river. Nice twist. This one is 2009 The second one is"I Saw The Devil". This starts out to be the typical serial killer murders girlfriend and boyfriend seeks revenge(Like any Liam Neeson film lately) but the fiance is not just satisfied with killing the guy, he wants to make him suffer like his girlfriend did. A unique spin on the genre. Just a warning this one has over the top graphic gore. Almost to the point it makes you chuckle. Couldn't take my eyes off this flick. THis one is 2011. I recommend both of these movies highly.

When was the last Alien movie? It has to be better than the endless retread Spidey, Batman, Avengers crap we are supposed to buy.

But I think Romney supports carbon caps and trade and also supported TARP didn't he? I guess we could go back and forth. In the end I prefer Santorum but if it turns out to be Romney so be it. He will be my guy.

It's not important to me. If he wants to spend time on his campaign talking about traditional values that's fine with me. Better that than preaching class warfare. I know traditional values will never hurt me. That aside, like I said in my earlier post, this stuff is secondary. The guy is the most conservative candidate left and that's the kind of president I want. If you are coming from the left of course your not going to agree and thats ok.

I think we have bigger problems than this. This is all a bs distraction. What Santorum says about the economy, taxation, defense and protecting the borders is what we should be judging him on. Anyone who focuses on such a relatively minor issue as birth control really shouldn't be burdened with the task of voting.

I'm a little caught off guard by the national outcry over her passing. It could be my perspective being I've never held entertainers in high regard. But really how long has it been since she has been relevant? 15 years? Her and the husband had a reality tv show a few years ago and she didn't come off as a very nice person at all. As for the SB anthem I always thought it was a good job. I thought I read somewhere it was lip synced. I was disappointed when I read that but I have no idea if this is true or not. Could never bring myself to watch that game again to look closer

No one here has enough strategic knowledge to even guess at a number. If the russians are building more and the iranians are trying to build some, i'd rather err on the side of caution and at least keep what we have.

Watched a small preview on "Talking Dead" btw anyone watch this? Pretty good dissecting every episode. They always have a celebrity fan of the show and someone who works on the show. Anyway, the preview showed them still held up in the bar with buddies of the pair that just got shot asking to come in. Should set up for another good episode.

Carolla has been talking about it a fair amount on his podcast. Obviously he can't reveal to much but still providing some pretty good insight. He had Lamponelli on last week talking about it as well. She also didn't have much good to say about the other women on the show. Should be fun.

Everyone thought Reagan was way to conservative to win. He didn't have a chance but ended up crushing a weak opponent with a weak record in a terrible economy. I see this as a similar scenario today. Hopefully Santorum wins and history repeats.
