  1. What's Ben Coates doing these days?
  2. Yeah, sorry the Bills actually would like to make the playoffs again before Ralph croaks.
  3. I wish Nugent would be selected before we are on the clock because if he's available and TD passes on him and picks Jesus H. Christ, then people here will want to tear TD a new hole in his ass for picking that overrated loser instead of Nugent!
  4. It's just bad wording. nothing is official yet. Like all week everyone was saying that Bledsoe was released, but at this very minute, and for the next week, Drew Bledsoe is still a Buffalo Bill. Only thing stopping all of this from happening is father time.
  5. It wouldn't bother me. If he led the Cowboys to the Superbowl, i'd support him 110%. I don't hate Drew and look for every opportunity to take cheap shots at him like most posters here, I respect him a great deal for the person and team player he was, because quite frankly, he was the most complete QB the Bills have had since Jim Kelly. I just wasn't interested in watching him QB the Bills anymore.
  6. There's one a couple blocks away from Bourbon St. in New Orleans. That was one of the hot spots my bachelor party ended up!
  7. Nothing will be leaked until the owners meetings sometime in early April. I'll be at that game concidering it'll probably be the last time the Bills play down here if the Saints move to L.A.
  8. I don't want to bring in anyone as high as Brad Johnson because if JP throws one pick, then we'd have a controversy. I doubt Johnson wants to be a backup anyways. I voted for Chandler because I believe he can be the better mentor of that group and if he needs to come in, can do more than just hand off.
  9. I never seen Shelton as a career underachiever. Before this past season, he was the anchor on a solid Cardinals Oline. That Oline had a franchise low in sacks allowed two season's ago. Last season Shelton came into the season out of shape, and alot of people suspect it was because of the ankle injury he had. I'd really put him on the same level as Jennings concidering Jennings is always hurt. If we can find someone better than Tucker and Pucillo(Which shouldn't be hard) to play LG, then our Oline is definitely upgraded.
  10. I think this trade is legit, and it's not happening with the mindset of moving him to Guard and resigning Jennings. I think Jennings is gone.
  11. Lachappelle, David 1-917-513-2859 Someone should call him and pretend to be Lil John
  12. What exactly is "buffalo material"?
  13. My opinion on an athlete is someone who has to withstand physical endurance to be the best. Anything else is a professional. With that said.... Football - Athlete Hockey - Athlete Baseball - Athlete Basketball - Athlete Jockey - Professional Midget Bull Fighter - Athlete Bowler - Professional Nascar - Professional Moto-Cross - Athlete Soccer - Athlete Golfer - Professional Swimmer - Athlete Tennis - Athlete
  14. Matt Jones. I really hope we can steal him later in the draft, he's gonna be an excellent TE. He's one of those basketball to football players. During Senior Bowl week he was lining up at QB, TE, and WR. He couldn't be stopped at TE or WR. This is the kind of player MM and TC would love in their creative offense. Could also become a solid backup QB if needed.
  15. I'd take a loose Michael Vick or Flutie with a cannon arm anyday.
  16. I've seen more of Tulane than I care to recall. Don't under estimate how horrible his Oline was in college. I'm talking Mike Pucillo X5 suckage. His senior year, every one of his starting Olineman were freshman or sophmore. 3 of the starting olineman weighed in the 260lbs. range, definitely undersized. If you watch Tulane, you would have seen JP and Mewelde Moore were men among boys out there. That's all they had. http://tulane.rivals.com/cdepthtext.asp?SID=955
  17. And then playaction roll out, DEEP to Evans!!
  18. haha, it's all in good fun, I just wish we could play you guys more often in football, those tailgates are always interesting. Looks like our baseball teams have started off hot, I hope for the love of God we don't get paired in a regional or super regional because both teams should be in Omaha easily. Do you live in Louisiana? I live in Houma.
  19. http://www.profootballweekly.com/PFW/Colle...ening071803.htm ‘UCLA was just too close to home, and I had to get away,” he said. “I was not learning. I was not learning in terms of outside football. Football’s football, but when you’re a football player, you definitely have a life outside of football. And while at UCLA, I was so bombarded with so much family pressure and friends coming up to the college. It [didn’t] really feel like I was in college. “… I realized I needed to get away. And so that’s what I did.”
  20. Tulane Sucks, Geaux Tigers!
  21. No one outside of Bills fans have seen Drew play every single week, so I wouldn't put to much into what they think about it. I didn't expect anyone to have a high opinion on our playoff chances anyways because we have a field general coming in who hasn't even sniffed the NFL yet. I have a feeling JP will shut alot of people up this season.
  22. I'm sticking with Dallas as the favorite. I don't think it's a coincidence that Dallas is the first or only team being mentioned by Drew, Donahoe, and the media.
  23. Baas and Boley works for me. Baas is an instant starter, and Boley would make an instant impact on passing downs his rookie season.
  24. Donohoe:"We're not trying to change directions, we're trying to move forward, and we feel that our best opportunity to move forward with the offense is with JP at quarterback" Checkmate! That's all Donohoe needed to say!
  25. IF JP leads the Bills to a victory in Foxboro next season, he should have a sandwich named after him.
