At this point i'd throw in a 4th round pick for Shelton if that what it takes. What tackles in the draft that we have a shot at in the 2nd-7th round that could step in and start immediately at LT like Shelton can? There isn't one! Trade for Shelton, sign Demulling, and we still have our 2nd and 3rd round pick for other positions.

Man I tell ya, that is the best vacation spot in the country. My wife and I went for our honeymoon and are going back again in October. While everything happens the short drive to Gatlinburg where the strip is, but that whole area of Gatlenburg, Townsend, Pigeon Forge, ect is one big national park. If you like outdoors, that is the place to be. Go to the Gatlinburg official website at http://www.gatlinburg.com and request a vacation packet. They'll get it to you fast. It's filled with brochures and stuff for everything that there is to do/see out there.

I wish they'd do a 15 yard dash because that would say a little more about a players quickness more than speed. The fast guys can overcome a slow start with straight ahead speed between the 20 and 40 yard mark, but it really doesn't mean much because it's very rare a WR is needed to run 40 yards straight without being touched.

Update, his second run was a 4.37 Definitely all depends on his hands, but I have no doubt that he has good hands. He's one of those former basketball player type players. I think he's gonna end up the best TE in the draft.

This is great, Matt Jones from Arkansas just ran a 4.43. I don't think he'll have much of a problem converting from QB to H-back/TE.

I'm all for it, Hovan would be much better lining up next to someone like Sam Adams and don't have to always be counted on being "the man" in the middle.

I personally don't think you approach any offseason any different as a 13-3 team as oppose to a 3-13 team. You have to go into every offseason with the mindset to make your team better, and expect the unexpected because you never know what kind of situation you'll be put in. Example, who the hell knew that Milloy would be released 3 days before the season started? As a GM, you have to be ready for these things and be the first to jump if the player can improve your team.

My first reaction would be to help the guy out, but it's better that they didn't because 7 out of 10 times, that guy would have had a gun in his car and the scene could have been alot worse than it was.
