Interesting hire....I will reserve judgment for a couple days to digest this.
1st impression of the Gailey hiring was I hated it but I've grown to like a lot of what I've been hearing.
That's the only game I went to by myself sat next to a guy from Australia. Spent a lot of time being a good Bills fan explaining the rules.
I remember thinking the same thing when Kelly was carted off.
Whomever the new DC is, he will have full reign over the D. I think this is very attractive for a DC'r.
With Leodis returning, we do have a true #1 corner along with great depth in the secondary.
Our D line isn't bad. With another 1b/2a interior lineman the DLine could be very dangerous.
My point is that from a defensive point of view, the Bills have play makers to work with which is a HUGE plus.
I don't think the Bills will get "shot down" from aspiring DC'r like they did with the head coach. Fingers crossed.
So who is out there?
Ted Cotrell would be nice.
The Dolphins snagged Mike Nolan for their DC- He would have been nice.
Don't get me so excited!
Now I've got a three-quarters stiffy!
Its like playing the lottery, its fun to talk and dream about but you know you wont win.
<fingers crossed>

Whomever this Jay guy is he needs to be banned. Or at least pushed down stairs so his knee gets screwed up or something horrible. I know, I'll steal his IPA's!!!! That would teach Panda Boy!
For Peters, the Bills will receive a first-round pick (28th selection overall), a fourth-rounder in next weekend's draft and a sixth-round pick in 2010, according to a source.
Is that correct???
