I disagree. McDermott has assembled a SB caliber locker room. At least, when I look at this team I envision this is what a SB caliber locker room looks n sounds like. McDermott is up there with the best of em right now. He built a phenomenal locker room n players will run through a wall for him. His defensive schemes are excellent, he holds O and ST to extremely high standards and he completely changed the culture of an irrelevant team, that is now considered a top 3 team in the game almost unanimously. Has a Legit shot at coach of the year

Jamarcus Russell 2.0 This shows such a lack of leadership at the position you need it the most. Not a good look , especially during a playoff push.

Stranger things have happened. They lost 2 straight , how are they going to react? This Pitt team I saw 2 weeks in Buffalo looked timid. Maybe them defensive injuries 🤷‍♂️ They come out sloppy, anything is possible. We'd be the 2 seed by the end of the night! Longshot, but certainly possible

Chiefs It'll be a fun , tense , nail biting experience but we definitely marching into KC expecting to win. With Smoke back, I see our offenses as pretty similar and our defense with an advantage. They'll be a handful, can't wait. Hope Pitt loses and we slide into the 2 seed , so we don't play KC til Championship game. But every game will be tough lot of good teams in the AFC. I think KC/Buf are great teams though

I have 1 fear - Mahomes n KC being Kelly and Buf and Allen n Buf being Marino and Miami. I feel we're destined for that showdown this year and likely many years to come

It's crazy. It really hasn't sunk in at all. I think because I saw it coming. I put big $ on them winning AFC East and decent $ on them winning the AFC. I saw this all offseason , maybe that's why I'm not as excited as I expected to be?

Ya , I'd definitely like to see Pitt in divisional round over Tenn/KC but anything can happen WC weekend. I'm guessing Cle, Indy and Bal make WC. Clevelands running game scares me. Hoping we play Indy in WC round. Either way, it's going to be a tough road but we're battle tested and 7 of our 10 wins is against teams. 500 or better, guessing the most in the league Lost to Ari/KC by 11 points combined. Our only bad loss is Tenn when we were preparing for them and KC and played on a Tuesday. Go Bills!

14 is amazing I literally wouldn't trade him for any WR. Not only cause what he does on the field, but what he brings off the field and the locker room. He's something special, he's going to be crucial in a late playoff run or Lombardi

Thanks for posting. Sounds like this board after every loss. After the Hail Murray, ppl doubted we beat LA , SF, Pit ,NE , Mia. I said I have us at 11-5 -12-4 still and was laughed out by a few but I understand it's alot of emotion involved in those feelings. That fluke play doesn't happen, we're 10-2 , winners of 6 straight , and a W vs Pit would elevate us to 2nd in the AFC! I just saw, Haden is officially OUT tomorrow! That's huge. Diggs might go for 200 lol. But seriously, if they double Diggs, Beasley will be wide open or Davis will have an advantageous matchup. Pick your poison! That's a huge loss for them...

I believe Allen is the ONLY 1st rounder on this offense. Pretty amazing! Well there was talk he was going 1st overall, especially after his pro day performance I remember Rich Eisen commentating , I never heard him so hyped and impressed. I think he said he almost cursed on air! I knew then , he was by far the most talented. I thought we'd have no shot at him.

I really wouldn't trade him for any WR. Ppl will point to a rookie like Jefferson or Dhop but we needed his personality and leadership for this O just as much as we needed his elite skillset on the field. Perfect match!
