Same Josh to me read as a guy in college who relied only on his physical skills and would never develop into a guy who'd learn to take what a defense give him nor nuances of reading defense. It felt just like the anti Tom Brady where Josh Rosen seemed the more NFL ready guy. Kudos to us getting the right despite my thoughts on draft day.
Bulls could never compete at that level especially now that have teams from Texas and Florida which makes recruiting to "cold Buffalo" that much tougher. Toss in UB will always be about education more than sports tbh.
We've lost Schein, Dan Morgan and briefly Brian Gaine. Beane knows how to build a collection of quality personnel men. I'm sure we have someone in wings to take Gray's spot as needed. Maybe Lake Dawson?
Daboll has some issues as look at what he did to Wink Martindale after 1 season with the Giants and then he takes away play calling away from Kafka and not saying he should relinquish the role. He might be a great mind but he might not be great with people and that can affect leadership and might be why the Giants have stunk since year 1 of Daboll.
Codrington been a quiet good player for us this season, I'd hate to lose him in the playoffs but curious to see how well Daequan Hardy do in same role.
