Just wait until the 4th quarter.... You may be extremely mad like Rex with the world's worst call ever...
-
Today's Snooz article on this study and how it relates to the Bills of present and past is a good read. T. Dunne did a good job of presenting this article.

Yea Woods was behind Sammy, but if it was for Woods it was underthrown
But this throw makes sense in the game, Woods on his way to the sideline. I would need to re-watch the play, but this was my first impression.
-
I don't think Sammy was the intended receiver...
-
other notes after All-22 review:
- Gilmore - most impressive coverage I've seen from him, hands down
- entire Bills secondary - excellent tackling after catches, limited Colts YAC immensely. Must have been a point of emphasis under Thurman in TC b/c I seem to remember this as an area of weakness from the Bills D
- Mario Butler - solid backup CB, one pass breakup led directly to INT by AW. So glad Butler stuck w/ team
- Sammy - was WIDE OPEN, as in left alone down the left sideline, on Harvin's TD catch.
- P Brown - colossal hit on Gore, which elicited a "whoo" from Solomon in the background. This guy is a MIKE.
- On the TD run by Karlos, great downfield block by Sammy on the Colts CB - allowed KW to rumble through to endzone
- Unrelated to All-22 review: Solomon may have set the record for use of some form of "getting to the 2nd level"... Impressed by Dedes & Wilcots overall, though. They are better than they have been and seem to be improving
He wasn't wide open. The safety was on the numbers providing help to the CB on the play. However what was awesome about that play was that Tyrod started his throw when Harvin was at about the 32 yard line!
-
Chandler almost dropped that ball too
-
That was a perfect play for a 1yd pass.
-
Play action, Fake End around Pass to Right Hashmark. Clay for 13 yards.
11 First Downs.

Antenna reception is OK but limited. Channel 29 (Fox) comes in the best and Channel 4 (CBS) is was just OK for me ( little fuzzy ), for what it's worth
I would venture a guess that your TV was in a lot NorthWest of the stadium. Standing (or sitting in a car) w/ and antenna there would put the gigantic stadium between you and the broadcast tower (blocking and reflecting signal paths to your antenna). I would still expect that if you aimed an antenna (or hell a coat hanger) SouthEast you'd pick up the CBS feed without too much problem. To the original OP, if you stay West of the stadium, I would expect that you should get reception of many of the local stations.
This is why we have the best fans in the world. RADAR plots. Amazing.
GO BILLS!!!
I have recently moved away from cable/satellite and have been exclusively OTA. As a result I wanted to make sure that I would get as many OTA stations as I could (hence radar plots). Oh and I'm a gigantic nerd .

The only thing that you may be able to say is that IK was cut because of those penalties
-
Yey, just 3 hours more of wild speculation.
-
More likely to be a trade of EJ than a cut...I don't see them (a) cutting him after how he's played, or (b) taking the $2.5M cap hit to cut him right now.
Again I agree with all of this sentiment, I just wouldn't understand a press conference for the release of Cassel.
-
Was also thinking along those lines.
Not trying to be negative, but what about a cut of EJ? I don't think that would be right, but why would you have a presser for Meh?

The broadcast just reshowed the fg miss tonight. Carpenter hit the post bc of his hook. The ball moves right then hooks left. He was too close to the goal posts for the hook to become a factor. But since he psyched himself out, he tried to play it safe and let the hook do the work. It failed...
-
It must have been the guy in the crowd with a laser pointer....
I would hope that he could fix it in practice.
-
what's your point? just curious. Doesn't matter yes or no, it's still a miss
I know it's still a miss. It just means he's not off by much. I think those misses are easily fixed in practice. (Oh and the first hit post was 50+)
-
IK wasn't lined up wrong the second time. He leaned into the neutral zone that time by a hard count
And he hasn't seen the field since the penalty
-
what did he do (moved on to CFB)
4th and inches on @ Bills 5 yard line... IK lines up on the neutral zone and negates a critical 4th down stop.
-
IK just punched himself a ticket to being unemployed...
Again?
-
Will that be the worst play in the NFL this year?
-
Do we see Gay take fgs?
-
Haven't all his misses hit the goal posts?
-
JFC, if you need the Hubble telescope to determine if MAYBE a microfiber of a fingernail tip COULD have POSSIBLY touched the football, than it really doesn't count as a "tipped pass". Tone it down a notch, EJ fanboys. He had a great game with one shltty 4th down pass. Deal with it.
You don't need a telescope to see it was tipped. The ball wobbles after the dline. The defender made a play on the ball, plain and simple.

It wasn't reversed. But I don't think it's wrong. The left hand of Stafford coming up to attempt to meet the ball is telling of his attempt to tuck the ball
