I know that this rule has probably been posted already...
From the NFL Rulebook (Rule 5 Section 3):Section 3 Changes in PositionREPORTING CHANGE OF POSITIONArticle 1 An offensive player wearing the number of an ineligible pass receiver (50–79 and 90–99) is permitted to line up inthe position of an eligible pass receiver (1–49 and 80–89), and an offensive player wearing the number of an eligible passreceiver is permitted to line up in the position of an ineligible pass receiver, provided that he immediately reports thechange in his eligibility status to the Referee, who will inform the defensive team.He must participate in such eligible or ineligible position as long as he is continuously in the game, but prior to each play hemust again report his status to the Referee, who will inform the defensive team. The game clock shall not be stopped, andthe ball shall not be put in play until the Referee takes his normal position. In the bolded part of the rule, do we know if the Patriots players who reported as ineligible stayed ineligible until they were off of the field for one legal play? For example: A Patriots RB reports as ineligible for play 1 from scrimmage. That RB MUST be ineligible until he comes off of the field and every play MUST inform the referee every play that he is ineligible. This would be an easy thing for an official to overlook. -
It's the cost of doing business for a hosting a kids birthday party. Sending a bill??? Ugh.
Here's a follow up question. What happens if the boy cannot attend as noted....but drops off a present at the party before heading to his grandparents? Does this 'gift' negate/lesson the cost issue for the host mom? Does mom behave the same way? This whole this (for the host) is in very bad form imo.
Bolded text is correct. What parent hosts a kids b-day party expecting to come out even?
Lawyers on this board will know better, but does the host mother even have a case in small claims court? What binding contract was signed by this kid? Is a verbal, "I am coming" good enough??

We haven't had a big press conference in a few years (since the Mario signing) - so here's a few questions to answer. Most correct answers wins bragging rights:
1) What color tie will Rex wear?
a) Blue with red and white stripesb) Red, with blue and white stripes
c) White with blue Buffalosd) a Bow tie with a checkered blue and white shirte) ________________________ (other)2) What news reporter will Rex slam to the ground for asking a dumb ass question?
a) Jerryb) Timmyc) Bart Scottd) Taskere) Paul Hamiltonf) _Jeff Russo (WKBW)_ (other)
3) What type of drink will Rex have at the podium?
a) Poland Springs waterb) Buffalo Bills brand water
c) Jack and Coke (disguised in a Snapple Diet Peach Tea bottle)d) __________________ (other)Tiebreaker: The length of time our live feed will be !@#$ed up because the media assistant will be pulling cords and walking across the camera cables (re-visit the Mario live feed)
a) <5 minutes (the guy you are referencing was probably fired. BUT when Terry took over he probably re-hired him.
b) >5 but <15 minutesc) Other ____________________Second tiebreaker: Number of times Doug Marrone walks through the backdrop and photobombs the presser wearing a beach hat, sunblock and a London Monarchs crop top jersey with flip flops??
Twice__NoneGood luck!!

I bet you wear skinny jeans and square glasses. And carry a purse.
How dare you eloquently describe your transvestite lover, LeviF91.
(not that there is anything wrong with that)

You are a pain in my backside, sir

Well, at least that's better than Fergy's material. Marginally.

There's an easy solution to this: burn more fossil fuels. More CO2 = more warming = fewer school days lost to cold weather. Think of the children!
I disagree with this statement. More CO2 = more warming = more days lost to extreme weather. Think of the children!

5 off of the top of my head....
Oohhhh, not what your looking for.

I wonder if they thought they had a HC lined up, and was denied.
Maybe Kim and Terry said screw this, lets go to Key West.
WinningHiring is hard in the NFL -
Odd question:
If this plane is correct, could the 1 minute stopover in Vali be picking someone up to bring to the next destination (or even back to Buffalo)?
The latest route is Vali to Outside KC to Buffalo by 315.If the Bills announce a presser at 5pm, we know this happened.

I would be willing to bet that all communication through those headsets are recorded; "for training purposes" of course
If there is direct communication to NY, well then that's just plain dumb.

Is any team on that list a potential Monday night or Sunday night game?
Did their defense wow enough people to earn that kind of exposure?
Did T.Pegs buy his way into a week 1 prime time slot?

Holy crap you are quick! I was just about to post the same thing!

Whaley thought it was Jonas Gray to bolster our backfield.

I think this could be a excellent time to try a Tuesday game as an experiment for the NFL. With it being turkey week already, no TV shows will be new, Cbs would probably be OK.

Too bad the Bills can't even run a reverse (or a double reverse). Aren't the Bills the only team in the league to not run a wr screen?

Dungy: NFL needs to restrict New England’s substitution game

I just feel that the Ref's didn't specifically know this rule: hence no flag.
What I don't understand is how these rules were not emphasized with the officials after the Ravens game. I would like to think that crews say things like "Hey watch number X or Team X, they have been pushing the limits of X rule." Or worse, the media coverage of the incident should have made officials aware of the rules.
IF this happens in the Superbowl I will be upset at the Refs/NFL for not enforcing a known problem with a team.
