Haven't been here in a while and I assume this has been covered, but I was wondering about something. If a Democrat wins a race in a state and the results get overturned by a group of Republican legislators, what is the justification given by Trump supporters to override the will of the people? We know that laws allowing this have been enacted in multiple states so we know it can happen. Is there another conclusion that can be reached other than Republicans no longer believe in democracy?
