for basically his entire career, Brady has played in a garbage division. This all could have been avoided (any "resurgence after NE) if the stupid Raiders had signed him. Apparently he and Gronk wanted to go there after NE for some odd reason.

For me, Brady's career has been a never-ending nightmare. Since it's Halloween weekend, we're at the point in the horror film where we're all standing around in the dark cornfield at night saying "I think the coast is clear!" We're all mocking the ghoul thinking it was defeated that easy. But it's only 45 minutes into the movie. The coast is decidedly NOT clear. Have none of you ever watched a horror film? I'll bet you'd be the ones mocking the "goofy ass legend of the cornfield monster" then going off alone in the dark to pee... Normal rules don't apply to this freaking robot. A kitten blood smoothie and some avocadoes and he'll be right back to crushing souls next week. Everyone else in the world would be done, but this guy 100% is on PEDs and/or sold his soul to Satan for never-ending football glory. I should be enjoying this but I've seen the same storyline so many times before and it always ends with "genuine Tommy" holding a trophy at the end of the season. I'm still convinced he'll be in this year's Super Bowl. This has all the feel of a "magical turnaround" and the endless gushing about Brady magic will be more nauseating than ever.

Saints have so much talent but imo their schedule is tough. BTW so is the Bucs. Looked at Atlanta's schedule too. As crazy as it sounds, if Atlanta keeps playing tough they have a real shot of getting to 8 ish wins. It could be enough

check downs... Tampa has ZERO running game and almost every one of their offensive yards is Brady throwing short passes. Brady got his yards even last week in a 21-3 loss, but no TDs

I'm all for White taking his time and being 100% before he comes back. It's like trading for a top 5 CB right before the playoff run, with no bumps and bruises from the season!

IMO the "shell" defenses are really limiting the immobile QBs because there is almost zero chance of an explosive play unless someone totally blows a coverage or misses a tackle on a screen pass or something. A mobile QB can always take off and burn you for 10-20 yards AND they could also go over the top if you blow a coverage. An immobile guy just has to check it down to RBs or WR screens because he isn't going to run.

LOVE the DTs here! I hope they keep Jordan Phillips around next year as well! I think Settle and Jones are here for a couple seasons already. Other than week 1, these guys haven't all been healthy. Imagine being able to field all of them at 100%. Almost not fair!

Knox is a great young player and he'll get his catches this season. Not worried at all.

This is sort of ominous, IMO. Shouldn't we be having celebratory releases of renderings and excitement about the new stadium by now? This is how things seem to work in NY: there's an agreement, but it's not official until the agreement is agreed upon, then agreed upon again, then more negotiations, then an agreement. IMO silence is not good, but maybe there is a very good reason why it's practically like a stadium deal was never announced.

That 28-3 SB comeback ONLY happened because Matt Ryan turned the ball over in his own territory and IMO the Falcons would have actually won that game against us last fall had it not been for that penalty on Ryan. Some guys just don't get the moment. As far as Fitz, I think that really nasty hip injury he suffered was probably enough for him to say it was time to move on. especially at age 40 (in a few weeks). That sounded REALLY painful.

I don't think it's really Bowles as much as Brady being able to do whatever he wants and not answering to anyone. Arians wouldn't have stood for any of this BS, which is why he "retired." Tommy couldn't stand STILL having to listen to someone and follow the program. IMO, Brady wanted "comfort" this year and to do it 100% his way. Arians is a tough SOB and a very underrated HC/OC by most fans as well. He'll get in ANYONE'S face, including the great Tom Brady. Bowles was probably told "you're the HC but Brady calls the shots" which doesn't work.
