  1. Since most of you neo-cons live in WNY I smile knowing your vote won't count.
  2. Really? 23 pages and 400+ comments since Sunday - this issue is on fire and y'all wish it could go away. Republican views on women's health in the instance of rape and incest will be one of main issues. If this ain't a core issue than "why so serious"?
  3. How many strippers are coming to Tampa for the Republican convention? Stay "classy" my friends.
  4. Yet you refute none of it. A good question by the mainstream media should be "where did Akin develop or learn these views?". We know the answer. Instead of defending Akin & Ryan's extremist views you choose to "laugh" them away.
  5. Their "true agenda" is to privately support what Akin said while saying publicly they disagree with it. They believe as a Party as decreed by their platform that abortion's should be legal - even in the case of rape or incest. Something that they will never answer directly. They will even go as far as to cite phony scientific sources when they say that females bodies can prevent pregnancy due to forcible rape. They rely on false truths and misinformation to divide the country. Akin's comments are a wide-held belief among many of the Christian right. You know these people as the Creationists who want laws to be passed to teach phony science in public schools. Text books informing kids that dinosaurs walked amongst man and that the earth is 8,000 years old. Their answers to the non-believers? God intended to deceive us to find who the true believers are. Well if you believe that garbage why would you not believe that a females body can secrete an enzyme to prevent pregnancy? For guys like Mitt Romney they dont truly care about these religious folks. They view these 80,000,000 ignorants as a means to help serve their true agenda of Plutocracy and Aristocracy.
  6. Akin's position is so far to the right that even Romney and Ryan must distance themselves from it or risk revealing their true agenda. The Grand Old Party can't win without dividing the county on this issue and others. They need the 80,000,000 fundamentalist votes to merge with big business interests. When you have the merger of corporatists, theocrats and government you have fascism. The GOP platform opposes all abortion with NO exceptions for rape or incest. http://www.npr.org/blogs/itsallpolitics/2012/08/21/159587120/gop-platform-anti-abortion-language-includes-no-exceptions-for-rape-incest If your daughter was raped would you want her not to have the CHOICE to terminate the unwanted pregnancy?
  7. Gotta go with Ray Finkle.
  8. This is pure gold. Obama 54% to Romney 39% among women. Ouch
  9. This guy needs to be raped.
  10. Isn't Ferguson the guy who advocated getting rid of the FICA system and going to a 33% Federal Retail Sales Tax, Privitizing social security, getting rid of Medicare & Medicaid and turning it into a voucher system, and also cutting defense and veterans discretionary spending? Sounds like a real "liberal" economist.
  11. "Mitt Romney's tax return exemptions are this big."
  12. K is the eight consonant, obviously someone didn't pass the 3rd grade.
  13. time to bring back Trick Shot QB?
  14. Herman's got Obama beat in mistresses no doubt. Btw Godfathers Pizza generated $287 million in 9-9-9s final year as CEO. I do commend Cain for not being one of those CEOs who retroactively retire. Cain also sucked as a CEO. http://jayraskin.wordpress.com/2011/06/09/complete-godfathers-pizza-sales-figure-from-the-herman-cain-years/
  15. If Super PACs ruled elections, which judging by the amount of money they are raising and spending they do, we wouldn't get any of those personal endorsements like: "I'm Mitt Romney and I approve of dogs riding on the roof cars." We all know Super PACs can't "officially" say who they endorse, if they did than they'd lose their tax exempt and unlimited contributions status. "Corporations are people my friend."
  16. Herman Cain could teach these guys his 9-9-9 plan for pizza dominance.
  17. If given the choice of T.O., Ochocinco, or Evans I gotta go with Evans. I think Evans fits well on a team that needs a vertical threat like Carolina. Everyone said Steve Smith was done and along comes Newton and Smith suddenly is renergized. Evans would fit well in their system.
  18. Lindell when he hits the game winner in this years Super Bowl.
  19. I think he ate the dog that fell off the roof of Romney's car.
  20. http://dogsagainstromney.spreadshirt.com/dogs-against-romney-limited-edition-remember-by-devo-s-gerald-casale-A10629047/customize/color/4 Just heard Michael Vick donated $1,000,000 to this Super PAC.
  21. As a former goalkeeper shout out to Tim Howard - huge saves down the stretch. While not quite like beating Spain (2-0) in the Confederations Cup in 2009 this is still huge. U.S. coach Jurgen Klinsmann "Das German" seems to have figured out how to get results from these guys.
  22. As the world's reserve currency the US dollar has allowed us to run massive trade deficits yet not seem to be able to devalue our currency where we could become a strong exporter. Think about that for a moment there is more money leaving our country for goods and services than coming in. Thankfully the U.S. multinational corporations that run our country have decided it may be in their best interests to bring some of this manufacturing home. I mean a couple of decades more of this and we won't have the military power to protect their global trade routes and their business interests around the globe.
  23. I think it's a lovely speech. As Romney recently pointed out to Obama the politics of "division and attack and hatred". If Weyrich were alive today Romney could use his vision on unifying our electorate and bringing people together to make our country better. My only issue with Weyrich would be his stance on outsourcing which puts him at odds with Bain Capital; "If we want to stop or at least reduce outsourcing of jobs to foreign countries, we should tax outsourcing. In my view, that would be a good new tax." http://www.renewamerica.com/columns/weyrich/060320 We need more outsourcing in my opinion, I mean 8% of all U.S. adult workers are in unions. That is a crazy high number given its 2012! We need to follow Scott Walker's advice on the politics of divide an conquer to turn the people against public sector workers.
  24. Famous Paul Weyrich speech to close:
