  1. Pitt might beat Denver by 20.. but I do appreciate the optimism.
  2. Hated it as well.. Up 9, legitimately zero reason to do that with 3 seconds left
  3. The same thing happened to me in Ireland a few years ago when I went to the Notre Dame/Navy game.. They are painfully unaware how big/fast/strong the guys are. The Ireland cab driver referenced rugby to make his point.. Once I figured out the lbs to stones ratio, I started rattling off some guys like Mario, Patrick Willis etc and he almost drove off the road and apologized for thinking that American football players were soft.
  4. Haha. Oh it's totally fine, I don't speak to him anymore or anything but he's completely sober! He is a known blowhard don't get me wrong but as Hopeful suggested it could have been an act For that segment He knows his stuff but thinks his sh1t smells like roses
  5. Do you think that was just his scripted role, while Howe was "the voice of reason" who could acknowledge our "elite" D and express concern about the Pats inability to stop the run on Thurs? It's certainly possible but anything I respond with is just a blatant guess. As you know guys like him don't take a second to realize they might need to pay attention to the Bills.. They just assume it'll be the same old narrative etc etc.
  6. I actually interned for Gresh when he used to work out of Providence. This take aside, he is a very knowledgable football guy but for what it's worth, he is a huge Steelers fan who just now happens to do a lot of Patriots coverage. All of you are SPOT ON... Pats fans are genuinely fairly simple when it comes to football conversations. If you aren't talking about a QB or a head coach they can't comprehend anything. I've lived in Providence/Boston my entire life other than 4 years at Ithaca College and pats fans are exactly how you all describe them! I am a diehard Sox fan and this is absolutely a baseball town w hockey sprinkled in especially with the successful college programs. Gillette stadium will be a ghost town once this little reign of terror ends and I for one look forward to it. Let's start to end it this Sunday! go bills
  7. Barstool Sports crew... they may be clowns, but that is highly amusing to me
  8. I'd love Brady to be suspended 1 game (lose to Pitt) and then have his season opener @ the 1-0 Bills... probably wouldn't get too loud in there.
  9. Adam Schefter @AdamSchefter · 4m 4 minutes ago Dolphins are NOT matching 5-year, $38 million offer sheet that Buffalo gave TE Charles Clay, per sources. Bills have a new TE. Perfect news an hour before the tourney starts!!
  10. There's a reason Chandler always "killed" the Pats... They blatantly allowed him to knowing he isn't a playmaker and would have minimal YAC... I always liked him but give me Clay 8 days a week
  11. This is what i'm hoping as well... When continuous leaks come out that are almost too perfect it does seem like an intent to drive up price by the agents.
  12. https://twitter.com/hashtag/Dolphins?src=hash Ian RapoportVerified account ‏@RapSheet 3m3 minutes ago The #Dolphins are still trying to sign TE Charles Clay to a long-term extension. Trade gives them more cap room.
  13. Ian Rapoport @RapSheet · 5m 5 minutes ago TE Jordan Cameron remains in Miami with a lot of mutual interest. Meanwhile his old team the #Browns & other other team are in the mix.
  14. This is the only story on rotoworld that doesn't have an actual source link... "#Bills #Browns" doesn't cut it
  15. That's where I side as well... Actions (cutting Chandler) speak WAY louder than internet rumors. Needless to say Chandler could have been a cut regardless but the timing sure raises eyebrows
  16. Hopefully when we throw the 1 yard out to clay (if we sign him) on 3rd and 3 he will be able to pick up the first down over chandler who gets dropped for 2 or less every.time
  17. Joe Chenelly retweeted ProFootballCentral @PFCentral · 4m 4 minutes ago Heard from several sources that Drew Brees is beyond angry at the Graham trade today
  18. Joe Chenelly @jchenelly · 2m 2 minutes ago As I reported three hours ago, an announcement forthcoming that FB @jfelton45 is set to sign with #Bills. 4-year contract. #NFLFreeAgency
  19. I honestly thought the same but those type of numbers were being tossed around the internet this week.. $6-8m per year
  20. These arguments are so flawed in my opinion (strictly on the running back).. If Seattle did what they should have and ran the ball.. the BACK TO BACK Superbowl champs would have an all-world RB on their roster...
  21. No.. 5th and a 2016 7th and we got back a 6th this year
