15 yard unsportsmanlike for pointing for Josh, then an obvious defensive trip and no call. Then a totally BS intentional grounding on confusing between Allen and Davis.
Why does our D leave a cushion on the receiver of 4-5 yards on a 3rd and 2? Its constant. Nobody ball hawking or even tracking the Qb's eyes. Burrow literally stares at who he is throwing to and it doesnt matter one iota!
So when the Defense has been as bad as it has so far. Who goes over to give them a pep talk during the game? Or a change of tactics? McD is too busy. So who is responsible in game?
Both coaches put their defenses in a disadvantageous position with their schemes. Soft zone when that has never worked vs Bengals? sure lets try it again!
The London game was a disaster on every level, season changing injuries, a conference loss to a weaker opponent, a momentum killer for the coaches and players alike. I wish we could have just refused to play this game and never do another one.
Well its a bit faint. The injury does not really explain Elam's lack of ball awareness or his propensity to be faked out of his shoes by receivers. That part is still baffling to me.
