In fact the Chiefs are 12th in the NFL in YPA (Bills are 3rd, though of course the Steelers game hugely helps). Reality is that without Davis, both the Bills and Chiefs were dink and dunk offenses who didn't really get much in terms of explosive plays out of the pass game. That's directly attributable to no Hill or healthy Davis. Guess I still disagree with you. There's a huge part of the equation thats not available for Mahomes. In fact he's half a yard under his career YPA this season compared to his career, and in fact just has one game this year over 7.5 YPA, when he had 9.2 against the Cards (who aren't good this year) on opening day

You can't replace Tyreke Hill with MVS. Yes JuJu is a mild upgrade over Mecole Hardman but it's dwarfed by the drop off from Tyreke to MVS. Right now, the Chiefs don't have a deep threat that would worry the Bills. They'll be able to put more resources into flooding the intermediate to contain Kelce and JuJu while daring MVS to beat them deep. They're not as good of an offense as last year, and I'm gonna guess DCs will tell you that as well - even as their defenses get roasted

Kicking the XP would have meant the chiefs winning by 3 or 7. The raiders had a better shot at winning this my missing the 2 point conversion than making the XP to tie it. If they had made the 2, they might have gotten lucky with a TO, but still would have had time to win because the chiefs wouldn’t have dilly dallied getting to FG range, and you can better conserve time once the chiefs got into range
