Logically, I don’t understand how the Steelers keep the Bills from scoring on almost every drive short of the best safety in the league (Minkah) going absolutely nuts. They don’t remotely have the horses in the front 7. Hell I’m not ever sure this defense has the horses to consistently stop the Bills run D. Yet the Steelers always play Buffalo tough so I expect them to stuff the run and get to Allen

I almost bumped my why I hate the Steelers thread/essay from a few years ago, but I can’t bring myself to do it with this sad sack team.

They made the chiefs pretend they weren’t the chiefs and play like someone terrible. there isn’t really a coherent game plan that can work. Honestly it’s better to keep this crap simple. Drop 7, 2 safeties over, pray your front 4 wins their battles enough to slow the offense and force a punt or two and a bunch of FGs. Sending pressure and man is how you give up 45 to these guys
