  1. The Bledsoe comparison is dead on. Except Drew looked like Mike Vick when he scrambled compared to Mallet.
  2. That's besides the point. It's a subjective analysis on the part of the person going in. The HOF can't tell a person how a particular event should make them feel/influenced them/motivated etc.
  3. You really think that you can gauge how bad our special teams are after one game (one play) that featured 2nd, 3rd, 4th teamers? Pass Rush: Ill give ya that. Can only get better, though Special Teams: Relax Pass Protection: missing 3 starters Secondary: Not up to expectations, but its the first game Injuries: Not season ending Coaches: once again, 1st preseason game We're a young team in year one of rebuilding. The lumps will come, better to get them out early. The season is not over.
  4. Correct. There was nothing that made Donte look stupid. Strong hit, maybe in a few games he'll get there quicker to start breaking that up, but he acted nothing like the clown many paint him out to be.
  5. They do their homework to the extent that nothing is infammatory or comes off as negative towards the HOF. They don't care if the player goes up there and paints their life in the best possible light. Do you really think the HOF read his speech and said "we can't let Karl say he loves his family because he lost contact with his son." That's crazy. They wouldn't have let Jordan rip half the people he came into contact in his life if that were the case because that's just not "nice." Stockton was sitting in the crowd (himself newly elected) having to listen to him rail against the Jazz. And don't even begin to think the NFL has higher standards. Every Cowboy's speech from the 90s according to Jeff Pearlman's book would be false.
  6. I heard he hates old people and little children.
  7. Can anyone clarify this? Would AS have to restructure his contract before or after a trade was hypthetically made?
  8. "Schobel said he is not planning to retire, but will take two weeks before making a decision. He did say if he does play, this would be his last NFL season." I don't suppose there are many teams that want to pay 8mil for one season, especially since he hasn't been in camp and there is no indication how good of shape he's in. I wouldn't expect much in return. But, I'm probably wrong...
  9. Yeah I 100% agree. I don't think any spite will come into play, but the Bills have to get something if he's to move on which may have been his plan from the beginning.
  10. That would be quite the coup, couldn't even fathom that happening though.
  11. I would think that losing nearly 30lbs to be a bit of a red flag. At first I thought that him "cramping" up was a way to tell management he wasn't happy being at RT, but this seems a bit more serious.
  12. I think Buddy just said were're not gonna let this guy pull a Favre and that they've been more than reasonable.
