We're probably gonna be 5-11. There's a long list of needs. No Way can they be addressed by 7 players in the draft. Only hope is to open up the wallets and obtain talent in Free Agency along with the draft.

Sounds good to me. Nix is average at best. If he goes, I have a feeling Gailey will be right with him. Also don't look for Fitz to return either.

Buddy Gets a D- at best. The 2 Key things that lead to this grade. 1. Chan Gailey has been mediocre at best. There were better candidates for the job. (a) Here's a guy who thought Trent Edwards was good enough, Didn't want Whitner or Maybin on the Field. Both of the latter are impact players on their new teams. (b) The conversion of the 3-4 Defense, when the personal isn't there. 2. Non existant Free Agency signings. I don't care what you say Buddy. You need FAs who have been on winning teams to bring along the young draftees. You got some good out of Merriman earlier this season, look at how much better they played with Merriman in there. He held everyone accountable, now you don't have him there, and look how bad this team looks now. You Need FAs to turn around the mind set of the young players.

Exile him to the XFL, LOL. Seriously, I respect him for his talent, but not his intelligence. He is a repeat Offender. Honestly, he should have been suspended for the Playoffs. Maybe that would wake him up...

LOL, I've been had the games on and off through out the day. Things gotta get done and Sunday has since become the day to do it. Good luck Bills though I guess, but how much luck do they really have, having a ton of starters on IR and playing a bunch of people who don't really belong in the NFL... Hence 5-11

Thanks for shedding light on this. I think this is just desparate fans trying to grasp anyone who will come and save the team. Sometimes it's not the talent but the coaching in the NFL. Gailey made something out of nothing on the Offense, not so much on the Defense. Yes, they need players and have alot of players on injured reserve, but I think alot of this comes down to coaching and the systems we have in place. They're predictable and suck bad, that's why we're 5-11.

Probably the only good trade he's made. Maybin, Whitner and Lynch are all black marks on his resume thus far...

The 3-4 is a good defensive front. The Problem is purely Personnel. The Bills have no depth on defense and no playmakers for a 3-4 defense to be successful. Dwan Edwards is 3rd String at best. The Linebackers are learning on the job. The defense needs a complete overhaul of the front 7. Besides Sheppard and Dareus, they have alot of work to do. They need Pass rushers and stay at home guys to help the run. The Draft and Free Agency can fix it, but the Bills always choose to stay idle. I sure Hope everyone is looking forward to 5-11 for 2012, because that will happen if multiple major upgrades to the defense are not made. There is NO WAY this team will be built completely via the Draft and Mediocre Free Agents. This team needs to be aggresive and signing Big name Free Agents here or young guys who still want to prove themselves. Gonna take a big overhaul, that can be done, but the Bills top brass rather not do so. So there you go...

I hate all this talk about Pegula buying the Bills. He's got his hands full with the Sabres. Let the Sabres win 2-3 Stanley Cups first before the worrying about the Bills. The Bills are such a piss poor organization it's not even funny. It's Probably gonna take a Trillionare who loves the Bills to really bring around the organization anyways. The Team isn't good enough. There isn't enough depth on this team to contend against these teams. Bad management yet again. Bad drafts and You keep signing sub standard FAs, you keep getting this year in and year out.
