  1. I guess that depends on your perspective. From my point of view, you are right. It was a perfectly designed play to draw the defenders in, and was executed to perfection. From the Colts point of view, it was a busted play - the defender was obviously suckered out of his zone. Loved it!
  2. I did not watch the game, but a coworker was telling me that the *pats ran the ball better than anyone expected.
  3. Moorman. His punts were solid as always, but more impressive to me was him going after the returner. On Indy's long punt return (2nd series?) he was the last man between the runner and the endzone. Granted, the guy was headed out of bounds, but Moorman actually looked like a football player going for the tackle, and he made a nice effort to punch the ball out of the runner's arms. I absolutely cannot stand to see most kickers/punters attempting a tackle. They usually look quite foolish - as do most QBs after an interception.
  4. I only caught the first 25 minutes or so, but I definately liked what I saw. I would give the starters a solid B for their performance. 85%
  5. How in the world did you notice that? I never saw past number 17's booty.
  6. And that was probably rude of me as well, and I apologize for that, because I believe you intend no ill-will...but, you calling the guy 'a know it all' sounded like the pot calling the kettle black. And you disguise it so tactfully. Anyway, Ive had my morning Coke and Smoke now, and I will leave you be. Peace. On a more cheerful note: GO BILLS
  7. I'm starting to see why you are not very popular around here. A know it all? Dude stated an opinion. Period. You try too hard to be tactful, and you take this site and yourself way, way too seriously. Do you really need to debate everything that every poster says? Hossage is rude and arrogant, but I'm beginning to think he is justified when dealing with you. Before you start with me...yeah I know I add nothing to this board. I do knot have the football acumen of most of the posters here. I just love the Bills. I read this site daily and I resist adding my two-cents as much as possible, but sometimes I can't help myself. I respect your opinions, but sometimes I wish you would STFU!

  9. That was lame pure and simple. The hit wasn't late and he didn't hid his head
  10. and so will the return team - on their one and only kick return.
  11. I was just looking over the 2010 schedule for fantasy football purposes. One thing that that stood out to me is that the AFC East plays all of their divisional matchups in weeks one through four and weeks 13 through 16. Detroit is the only other team with a similar schedule in this regard. Then I noticed that all of the AFC divisional games are generally toward the beginning of the season and at the end, while the NFC divisional games are more evenly distributed throughout the season. Another oddity that I noticed is the divisional matchups for Chicago and Detroit. Chicagos first three divisional games are at home. Detroits first three divisional games are on the road. Ive never paid much attention to other teams schedules. Has week 17 always consisted entirely of divisional matchups? I remember the commish stating that there would be more divisional games toward the end of the season to avoid situations such as Indys last year. That definitely seems to be the case this year. With our final three divisional matchups in the last four weeks of the season, maybe we will still have some hope to cling to at the end of the season.
  12. Who do I dislike more? The loud mouths or the cheaters? I like 'em both better than them florida f@##ots.
  13. Oklahomian? I like that. Yes, I've seen him around these parts. Darthice is definately out of the ordinary. Sooner fans are also usually Dallas fans more often than not. You have to give him credit for being here with the rest of us. Go BILLS, and Go POKES!!! Oklahoma State - alma mater of our greatest running back - TT
  14. Thank You. Thats about 100 miles away, but there is a new BWW around the corner from my house. That sounds like a probable place to find Bills fans. Maybe I could get a chapter started here. I'll check out bb.com when I get home. I know of very few Bills fans here. It would be nice to find someone to cheer with me!!! Thanks again!

  17. I like this (nicknames) thread better than the following (draft history), (or the numerous "My 53 man roster"s). JMO On another note, I think my new girlfriend may be a problem...I've been planning on wings and beer for the Bills-Redskins game tomorrow night, and now she's trying to change those plans. Gonna have to nip this in the bud methinks! Blah, blah, blah, blah "Only 9 players 30 and above and 2 are kickers. This is a young team, so they may lose quite a bit. The plus side is the potentiality. I guess that is what you get when there are no players here drafted by us 8 years ago. I posted this in another thread but thought it was interesting enough to have its own. Buffalo Bills Draft History 2002-2009 databaseFootball.com **putting this up here because you have to look at the full draft IMO* I do see the point, but well, more information is better. I also think it doesn't really matter what draft slotting someone has so far as if they improve the team (of course it does in other ways. i.e dollars and future drafts) After looking at it, I think the fact we have no one on the team that we drafted only 8 years ago is a pretty BIG disappointment! and inditment of the FO but the last few years have improved. I think, we will see. 2009 Rnd Name College Note 1 Aaron Maybin Penn State for now let's say projected starter lol 1 Eric Wood Louisville tons of upside, good rookie season, fan favorite 2 Jairus Byrd Oregon Pro Bowl rookie season 2 Andy Levitre Oregon State Very good rookie season 4 Shawn Nelson Southern Miss Needs blocking skills, maybe considered projected starter at this point 5 Nic Harris Oklahoma gone 6 Cary Harris Southern Cal gone 7 Ellis Lankster West Virginia played in rookie season because of injury, showed flashes will probably see playing time 2008 Rnd Name College Note 1 Leodis McKelvin Troy at least nickel back, projected starter will see lots of playing time 2 James Hardy Indiana step it up Mr Hardy 3 Chris Ellis Virginia Tech Showed nothing so far, having good camp 4 Reggie Corner Akron good player in a deep secondary, at least verygood back up 4 Derek Fine Kansas gone 5 Alvin Bowen Iowa State gone 6 Xavier Omon Northwest Missouri State gone 7 Demetrius Bell Northwest State (LA) Project lots of upside, after last year no where else to go, projected starter 7 Steve Johnson Kentucky beat out TO and Hardy, projected starter, for a 7th good pick on paper 7 Kennard Cox Pittsburgh gone 2007 Rnd Name College Note 1 Marshawn Lynch California 2 probowls and lots of off field stuff, player with up and downsides 1b maybe? 2 Paul Posluszny Penn State starter, needs to improve and be injury free 3 Trent Edwards Stanford needs to be a franchise qb, starter, last chance is this season 4 Dwayne Wright Fresno State gone 6 John Wendling Wyoming gone but good player who started 7 Derek Schouman Boise Statehe was replaced by the drafting of Nelson and the signing of Mathews but has shown some stuff stys or goes this year IDK 7 C.J. 18. How/when did "douche" become a term of deridement? Douches are good, no? I think if I were to die and come back as an inanimate object, I would prefer that over say, a toilet brush.
  19. What is obvious to me is that Hossage should SHUT UP. Sounds to me like you're a loud mouth. You continuously make vulgar, and unintelligent and unpleasant remarks which are not funny to most adults, and everytime someon calls you out on anything, it ends up with you quitting your argument and promising to 'banish' other users. Yeah, so you got some insider info on Aaron Schobel (sp?). So what. I hope he B word slaps you right off his ex-wife's porch then takes and NFL linbacker size crap in her flowerbed. - You can quote me on that.
  20. Chan Gailey on his three quarterbacks: "[Ryan] Fitz[patrick] may run a little better than the other two, but the other two aren't stumble bums." http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/...-one-liners-89/ I can't get to the BuffaloBills.com for the original post, but by the PFT one-liner, it sounds like CG likes Fitzpatricks legs.
