can you imagine the negotiations of contracts with regis at that time? hahaha this team operated so badly for so long.

at this point i don't care what they dp off the field... just win

yes. But not at the skill. I am the size and in the shape of one of these guys. Guess you'll just have to take my word for it. I might would maybe need 3-4 weeks to get my cardio there if anything. But I can turn out a 6 min mile no problem, run a sub 5 40, blablabla.
The skill is the only thing I do not have. The ability to catch the ball like an elite player or the technique down to make a perfect 5 step drop, etc.
Of course I sound like a pompous fool because this is the Internets. But a lot of what it takes to be a professional (in anything) is desire and attitude. My aptitude, my personality, my size are all built for athleticism
sub 5 40 at what height and size? what position do you think you could play? you could be 6'0 205 and run a sub 5 40...did you play college ball?

i was wondering the same thing and i like the the bills are in a place to develop the talent they draft not have a mid to late round picks start if they aren't ready.
he was a pretty good CB in school and the one game i remember was when he bullied mike evans around all game. if you can hang with a player like that you've got a god shot at being a productive player.
as for mclovin i don't se him going anywhere he played well under pettine and was finally allowed to be a physical corner not some off zone cb.

Whaley knows FJ is done. His only role is as a pass protector on 3rd down which he is very accomplished. My guess McCoy and Dixon will be just fine on third down/spread packages.
Pegula overstepped on this one.
Rex will finish what Whaley started and let FJ go early in training camp.
i tend to think this is true. I'm a huge fan of fred but i have zero faith that a 35yo rb is gonna turn it around this year.

Agreed. I always believed that the cash to cap philosophy that we followed for so many years was RJW's doing and not Overdorf and Littman. I'm a huge fan of RJW and I do not want to speak ill of the dead but, the last 10 years or so, he really had no business owning the team with the decisions he was making..or appeared to be making.
Big Pappy
all of this. ill get flamed for saying it but the last 10-15 was all on ralph. his hires and his self imposed salary cap. some of those guys hired made some of the worst draft picks in a row. it was awful and then when they did get a good payer usually tat player either understood the team wasn't 100% dedicated to winning and wanted out or the team didn't wanna pay the player.
pegulas are a gift. really excited for the future of this team

i was really hoping the bills would make a move on gresham before FA started and I hope he has a successful surgery and he becomes 100% healthy and the bills sign him. that would be fantastic depth and a extra wrinkle in the offense.

if you want a team of good guys you will be disappointed that even the team of guys you think are nice guys are probably jerks.
win games and everyones a good guy for me. i hate that this team has been so bad. just win i don't care what it takes
-
bills gotta resign a few guys next year and after. bradham-gilmore-glenn and not counting dareus. its been so long since the bills had a few drafts in a row where players were good enough to hit a second contract with the team.
-
idk why people here are so enamored with cousins. did you guys watch him play? it wasn't pretty
-
I'm really glad to know that the bills fan base didn't lock onto this bs. so many fans get their panties all bunched up because they found out a guy from some place warm doesn't like cold or has no allegiance to a city they have never been to. players are drafted and hired. they don't need to love everyone else's home town. but i really can't see how kiko would want outs early in his career
-
so much hundley love here. every time i watch him i don't understand how people could thin he's a nil starter. poor accuracy and even worse decision making. why do so many people think he is a upgrade over manuel?
-
its a deadline league and both sides had offers but i think they'll get it done right before free agency starts. its a typical nil thing to do
-
I'm hoping for franklin or boling. iupati is gonna just be too much
-
arizona wants him back at a reduced salary. I'm a big fan of DD. he could be a good rotational guy for a season or 2. but i think he will return to az
-
i like the standing buffalo much better. also not big on the center stripe on the helmet. rather us go to the all whites throw back as the main uni
-
....quinn......pffffff tebow thread coming uo next
-
im a big fan of clay. and thought the bills should make a move at him if he reaches free agency
-
Ralph is cheap.
this one got me lol
-
moral police going hard in here. i don't give a rip who we get i just want to win already. if you guys only want a team full of eagle scouts then it'll be another 15 years till playoffs.
ill take lynch,AP,OJ,ray caruth.ray lewis. i just want to win already. this team has been awful for way to long and run/owned by incompetence.
just freaking win
-
he is a hand in the dirt pass rusher. if we were sticking with schwartz? fine. but i think the bills will slowly transition to more of a 3 man front over the next couple of years
-
all in on marshall
-
id rather keep rolling with EJ than hundley next year. hundey needs more work than EJ.i feel like none of these people have even watched him.
SI: Bills could have interest in Ray Rice(update-they don't)
