So far so good for me. I take collagen and noticed a big improvement in my joints . Im still squatting with 800 pounds at 50 yrs old and want to get to 1000 and more.
One key for me is doing each exercise once every 3 weeks so i can fully recovery joint wise and the nervous system. Everyone just thinks about the muscles or performance but for me its bones and connective tissue then muscle.
Hopefully the latest Matrix movie is better than the last John Wick movie. That movie was horrible and boring, i fell asleep in the theater watching it.
